This is a follow-up to my original review, and I’m posting it separately to ensure it doesn’t get buried. Anthropologie has now officially kept over $350 of my money for returned items I no longer have. I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT SHOP HERE if you're an international customer, particularly from Canada. The return label they originally provided was deactivated without notice, leaving me to pay out-of-pocket to ship internationally. I followed all instructions exactly, and the items were received at their warehouse weeks ago—confirmed through tracking. Now, they are refusing a refund on the grounds that the shipping confirmation lacks an order number, despite the fact that their own return process made that impossible. After a long period of silence, I was finally contacted by customer support—only to be told that they can't process my refund until I have “proof of shipping” that explicitly shows my order number. Here's the kicker: = return shipping label from UPS DO NOT INCLUDE any order reference, and their own customer service agent told me to ship the return at my own expense using UPS.The items were received by Anthropologie over a month ago (confirmed via UPS tracking), and I’ve provided all documentation I was given. Still, they are refusing a refund on a technicality THEY created. This is not just poor customer service—it’s deeply dishonest , hiding behind broken return systems and fine print to block customers from getting their money back.Anthropologie’s returns process is opaque, broken, and designed to fail, especially for international buyers. I have been polite, patient, and followed every step asked of me, and still, this company has effectively stolen $350 from me.Avoid at all costs. Buy from literally anywhere else.
