Review of wayfair

Sry to hear others' experiences weren't as good as all of mine

I've bought (so far) three items from Wayfair, all of them on sale @ time of purchase: one writing desk, one "ladder"-type bookshelf, and one 16" world globe. All arrived as described, well packed and undamaged in shipping, and all were good-to-excellent values at their sale prices. All have held up well under normal usage. I'm sorry to hear so many ppl didn't have the same good experiences as I have. And I'm no shill or bot; u can find me at Twitter (NOT "X"!) as @smartalek180 if u want further evidence of my real existence.

Review of ticketmaster

Disappointed

My friends and I were so excited for this concert, but as soon as we got to our seats everything started to go down hill. For starters, we picked our seats purposefully as the map showed the seats were supposed to be located in front of the B Stage, and when we sat down the stage was on the complete other side of the floor. Not that it mattered anyway because the concert got so delayed by inclement weather that Hozier's set got cut and the stage wasn't used. The weather was obviously not Ticketmaster, Live Nation, or the venue's fault, but the way they handled the situation was. When we were told to take shelter, the venue took to their social media channels saying if we chose to take shelter in our cars that we would be allowed reentry as long as we had our tickets still. However, all of the gate staff were telling people that they would NOT be allowed reentry, and the internet service was so poor that the stadium's social media channels and website would not load for a majority of the concert goers," so many people chose to stay in the concourse of the stadium. The concert was originally delayed around 7:50, and the stadium gave a total of two (2) updates in the over two (2) hour delay, which one of those updates was a tweet at 10:15 saying the concert would go on at 10:30 giving 15 minutes for all of the people who did leave the venue, which many people did when they saw how bad the storm was, how minimal communication we were getting from the venue over that over two hour period, and the 11 PM curfew looming on the horizon. During that time frame, the venue staff was abysmal to put it lightly. Staff continued to tell us contradictory statements about what we needed to do (some told us to go to our cars, some told us to stay in the concourse, some told us to evacuate to the storm shelter over half a mile away), and much of the staff refused to help people who needed it. Someone down the concourse from my friends and I had passed out and people around them were calling for a medic, so I turned to a group of staff by me saying that they needed to call for one, and the individual I assumed was in charge as they were carrying a clipboard shrugged her shoulders at me and said "I'm not a medic." I'm sorry but that is the lamest ass excuse I've ever heard from someone when they're told there's a medical emergency happening at their place of employment. You're telling me they didn't have a walkie talkie or a phone to contact a on-site medical team??? Ridiculous. They also refused to even sell water to people during this entire time when we had all just been standing in 80 degree weather with high humidity which definitely contributed to more people passing out while we were packed like sardines in that concourse. The vendor staff were still there! I was standing right next to a group of them for that entire time! My friends and I did decide the leave the concourse at 10 PM and shelter in our car, so we can attest that none of the gate staff were monitoring the security screening gates or checking tickets as the hoard of concert goers attempted to reenter the venue in 15 minutes. And on top of it all, there was still lightning directly above the stadium throughout the concert that I have multiple videos of! All of the bowl seats in the stadium are metal bleachers that were continuously being rained on! And this venue has had someone struck by lightning on its property before! This was blatantly an attempt from the venue's upper management to avoid refunding people or rescheduling the show, but the atrocious event management and lack of care for attendees was ridiculous. On top of everything, when I reached out to Ticketmaster regarding a refund due to the atrocious event management amongst everything else, my ticket had mysteriously been resolved without a single individual contacting me and not a cent of a refund to be seen.

I bought a template days ago

I bought a template days ago, and I still haven't been able to register the purchase license on my WordPress desktop... I've been looking at the screen for 2-3 days to see if at some point I can register the license and start programming and designing the website .Meanwhile, customers are starting to get desperate and I've already lost a few.

Review of mercari

Mercari Is Engaging in Fraudulent Actions Sellers, Buyer Beware

I sold multiple pieces of luggage on Mercari and was charged outrageous shipping fees — $95, $95, and $140 — even though the items were light and properly shipped. Mercari falsely reported the weights and then refused to release my earnings, even though the buyers paid for shipping and the items were successfully delivered. When I contacted customer service, I was met with dismissiveness. I informed them I would report their fraudulent actions to the Better Business Bureau, and they told me to “go ahead” and marked my case as “resolved” without helping me at all. That’s not just bad customer service — it’s unethical and feels like a scam.I depend on the money I earn from selling for groceries and bills. Mercari took that away with no accountability. This is how they operate — pushing all the costs onto sellers and then making excuses when something goes wrong.Let me be honest:If anyone has a good experience with Mercari, it’s likely because they never had to deal with their administration or customer service. The moment a real issue comes up, Mercari only cares about getting the maximum money from both buyers and sellers. They don’t care about doing right by the people who keep their platform running. There’s a reason Mercari has a 1.3-star rating and over 20,000 negative reviews. These aren’t one-off issues — it’s a pattern of bad business practices and fraudulent behavior.I’ve submitted this to the Better Business Bureau and urge others to do the same.

Review of clover

We've been using Clover POS UK since…

We've been using Clover POS UK since June 2024 and, unfortunately, the experience has been deeply frustrating. The system itself works, but the costs are significantly higher than what we pay with SumUp — even though we process substantially more money through SumUp. The pricing structure just doesn’t reflect value, especially for small or independent businesses. What’s been most disappointing, though, is the onboarding process and lack of transparency. I was reassured by the representative (Gavin) that the paperwork I was signing was not a contract — only to later discover I was locked into a four-year agreement. That’s on me for not reading the fine print more thoroughly, but I feel genuinely misled. The complaints procedure felt more like a formality than an attempt to resolve things. It was focused on reinforcing their position rather than finding a fair outcome, and when I expressed dissatisfaction, communication was simply shut down.I’d advise any business considering Clover to read everything extremely carefully and compare alternatives — particularly if you're already using cost-effective systems like SumUp. A long-term contract with high fees and little flexibility is a tough pill to swallow when there are more transparent options on the market.

Absolutely crap

If I could rate zero I would. Trying to shop with ASOS but couldn’t because my account is blocked. So I contacted customer service and they’ve insisted that there is no account with my email address. I told them there must be because when I click “forgotten password” I receive an email about that. The manager I spoke to ended the chat with me because we were going round in circles.

Review of discogs

Beyond disappointed with Discogs customer service

Beyond disappointed with Discogs customer service; it took 30 days of hounding and complaining on social media before I got a response to a dispute. The response? The same generic email/reply they sent me 30 days earlier which I'd responded to and was ignored. Because the platform is so poorly run, your customers are left vulnerable to scammers. In my case, to do with international sellers not paying customs. I'm not going into detail, but it is disgusting and it's allowed to continue. You guys have got to take better care of your customers. This is unacceptable.

Review of delta

Delta don't bother to read customer's issue

In July 20, 2024 Delta had multiple cancellation of flights from Dallas to Heathrow. At one point they advised me to cancel the flight and book any other direct flight with BA so I don't miss my connection flight. I did book my flight with BA but when I asked to give my luggages, they said it's already on their aircraft so they would deliver those to my address later. I flew back to UK with BA and a week later I received all my luggages from Delta. However, all the luggages were broken and when I claimed that with all the details, they denied to give compensation as I flew with BA. I explained repeatedly that BA didn't carry my luggage and I had the proof that Delta delivered it but the call centre kept telling me the same response that I had to go back to BA!!!. It looked like AI generated responds, no human bothered to come back. Since then I had made multiple complain through their websites and no responses at all. There are no number I can contact to their complaints department. Honestly, this is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Be careful, there are plenty of airlines out there and don't need Delta ever.

Review of bigcommerce

We run our store on BigCommerce

We run our store on BigCommerce. It offers a good experience in general. It is pricey once they start charging for extra orders etc. Support generally is good via chat, the ticket system is also ok. Features are not the best, Shopify for instance seems to have more and also has more and better apps. No subscription feature to use, even the apps available to offer subscriptions aren't great. Have considered moving to Shopify and may well do in the future.

Review of Zoom

My Zoom account was cancelled without my doing

My Zoom account was cancelled even though I had paid the renewal fee 2 months prior. I reported this and Zoom gave me the name of who cancelled my subscription. Which was a Zoom renewal employee. They said they would elevate the issue and email me right after we got off the call. They did not email me. Also, the price of the subscription was not $10 more than when I originally renewed 2 months previously. When I brought this up on the call Nicola stated that their prices do go up. I asked why I was paying more if I renewed 2 months previously and somehow my subscription was cancelled without my doing or knowledge. I also waited 40 minutes on hold to get a live person. For a tech product, it seems odd that Zoom does not have a call back feature when your time in line isup. Worst customer service ever!

No response when wanting to cancel subscription once purchased - WANT REFUND

I subscribed to Xbox live 1 year ago and sold my Xbox after a couple of months of use. Annoyingly I forgot to cancel this subscription and unknowingly I was charged £50 for the renewal of the yearly subscription. Obviously this came to a surprise so I attempted to contact the Microsoft store to see if they could refund me. - I am assuming here they can see my account has been unused/inactive for over 6 months at this point. I did not receive a reply. I then chased 4 days later however have since not had a reply. It has now been two weeks later.

Review of temu

I was loyal customer of Temu

In my country like most or all countries (runaway workers, urgently wanted people, illegal residents, thieves, or sometimes major criminals), here lies the danger of Temu, as they use and employ this category of uneducated and disrespectful peddlers, because this is the nature of an outlaw who no longer cares if he commits a crime or other violation, as he is in all cases a criminal and wanted by the security forces. Rather, the disaster is that this criminal category that Temu employs knows the address, house, phone number, and price of the orders. Here, they make efforts to delay the delivery of the goods and the order, and suddenly ask you to send your address, house or apartment number, and location. Then, he does not respond to you to set a delivery date or even expect the time and day. If you contact this criminal who delivers the orders, he will not respond to you at all, for two or three days after the first contact. Here, he knows when you will be at the hotel, and he may visit the house at an unknown time and without prior warning, contact, or permission, in order to find the opportunity To commit a crime, rob your home, or assault your children or family. All this is because Timo doesn't care about the safety and security of countries or individuals. Instead, they hire cheap people at low costs for delivery. This is a violation of safety, security, and laws simply by using criminals and wanted individuals to generate sales and
