Honestly I’m quite upset with eventbrite. I bought tickets to go to a country music festival and unfortunately myself and my boyfriend were no longer able to attend, his friend wanted to buy them from us so I went to go transfer the name on the tickets but cannot access them through the website and there is no option on the app. I’ve tried to contact eventbrite but there’s no way to contact them unless your planning an event. It is disgusting customer service, it’s not like they are even losing out on money because the names on the tickets are just being changed. I’m very disappointed and disgusted with eventbrite.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. Ordered a pair of shoes online Mid April, they sent me the wrong ones. I contacted the customer service email and it took them 2 weeks to respond with a "we can exchange the size or give you a store credit" completely missing the point they sent me Nike's when I ordered Converse. Almost a month later and I still haven't heard a response from them about sending me the right pair. I will never shop here again and I've already told everyone I know not to either.

Best western Encinitas CA… absolute hell hole. Exposed electrical cables close to swimming pool. Pictures of hotel are taken many years ago, hotel has since been run down and does not match pictures and descriptions on their website. I did not feel safe staying here so I found an alternative hotel. Upon requesting a refund… Best western HQ said only the hotel can provide a refund (not HQ) and they told me that the hotel manager said They won’t be providing a refund, stating no refunds within 24hrs of arrival. I said this was point was null and void. I cannot be expected to arrive at the hotel more than 24hrs in advance to check if the hotel is safe to stay at, and the photos matched the actual condition of the hotel… that is ridiculous. Still no refund offered. I will never ever stay at a best western again. Awful company, awful experience. This is a company that will take your money and run. Do not trust them!

On requesting to return a product which was incorrectly described (and thus of no use to me), Amazon gave me no option but to pay for a return using Evri. I paid, packaged everything up but before sending and a day later the original equipment supplier sent a pre-paid DPD label. I asked supplier for clarification - no response. I asked Amazon chat for clarification and was thrown off the chat because 'we were going round in circles'. Never seen this level of dreadful customer service. Their chat AI was almost useless and their 'real' people were rude and unhelpful. I simply wanted to know which return service to use. Their error(s) - my mistake for using them. Lesson learned.

I made the mistake of responding to one of their spam emails and have been inundated since with several email every day.I have tried unsubscribing and deleting my account but they still keep coming!Most of what they want is to sell a service their "premium" membership.I wish I could make them stop!!! I have reverted to setting up email rules to intercept their messages and delete them.

Not overly impressed with the quality of the authors nor the service itself. Their rating of individual stocks is questionable. Also, your account is set up on automatic renewal with no notification the renewal date is approaching. I mistakenly missed the date by 2 weeks and was told no refund was available, only use of another service. Reputable investment services don't handle clients that way. Will never use service again

Just disgusting, severe delays everyday for Jubilee line… we’re treated worst than animals. No air conditioning in the stations, carriages always super full.And we pay at least 6£ a day…It used to be the best transports in Europe… now is just the worst

Hands down the worst customer service experience ever. I'm very disappointed in PlayStation as a company. The fact that they would let this kind of scamming happen with their online purchases.I purchased a game that had a bug with the functionality of the game where it would not let you save any progress. An obvious problem that limits it's playability. I played it once for about an hour. I was told by their support that it was the companies policy to not give refunds for games that have recorded play time on them. The catch 22 here is that it's impossible to find out if a game has a bug in it that makes it unplayable without actually playing the game. So I'm out money for a game that doesn't work properly that I barely played and they continue to sell the game in their store to other unsuspecting customers who will eventually find out they can't save their progress and will also find no resolution. This is straight up criminal and PlayStation should be ashamed for letting it happen. Your customer service sucks PlayStation and I won't be giving your company any more of my money. Good riddance.

Terrible experience! Don't waste your time. After signing up and giving them all of my personal information including a selfie of me holding my ID, I am still unable to deposit funds without signing Plaid into my bank which I do not want to do for obvious reasons. I figured it could possibly be a incompatible browser issue, however, I am unable to sign in from anything other than the initial device and browser that I signed up with. Super annoying and I'm done going through their useless customer service that leads you to nowhere but frustration !

I’m not sure you provide any real usefulness other than pretending to “rate me” for some fictitious credit purposes, but your multiple times per day marketing and solicitation emails are proof that your organization is nothing more than another information/marketing commerce portal. STOP already!

Awful service. None of my most important information was being backedup and then they make it impossible to stop your auto-renew. The only way to prevent future billings is to fully cancel your account, including deleting all information and backups, even though you may have almost a full year left on your subscription that you already paid for!There is zero customer service - they are impossible to communicate with and will not help you in any way. They also can't even do a regular business invoice.Overall a horrible service.
