Booked an apartment in Somerset. The check in process was overly complicated. The property delayed my check in by 3 hours but despite that the apartment was filthy when I arrived.Contacted their “priority helpline” for a refund as I needed to book alternative accommodation.They took 7 days to respond to me and told me that they agreed to process the refund but that it would take their finance team 5-7 days to make the refund with a further 7-12 days for it to appear in my bank. 3 times she asked me if this was ok and 3 times I told her no then she put the phone down on me.

Well where to start,we've had to give 1 star because 0 stars are not available. Accommodation booked last December for Birmingham for Guns and Roses concert, we turn up at accommodation address and 2 other cars of whom we don't know also pull up. Seems we are all booked in to 1 apartment, then whoever runs it told us they are out of business. How many people paid for this accommodation?? at least 3 as 3 couples are there at the same time. I've tried to get access to booking .com to get a refund so far no reply from the Web site. DO Yourselves a favour never book through booking .com. They are an absolute joke. We will never book through this site again!!!!!!!!!! Stranded in Birmingham which was an experience, no other rooms available anywhere, and a long drive home One good thing, Guns n Roses were amazing.

Fraudulent company. Horrible platform that does not work properly and they will not fix the bugs or amend your contract. They also have unethical subscription processes where payments are hidden and annual auto renewal payments are binding. Literally any social media tool is better than Hootsuite

I ordered a basic auto stereo system and spent HOURS to figure out how to schedule and install only to have the date robo-changed many times. I thenfound out that you cannot actually call the local store, where you placed the order. (Huhh?????????) I finally had to drive 30 minutes across town to the store to ask what the situation was. The man working their was super nice but only one working in install (located behind the storefront) and said the phone systems are no good and the systems does not correctly identify and explain what will work in a particular make and model of car.

What a terrible terrible App update! I loved the previous version as I could select ‘my news’. Now it is simply impossible to get access to news that you are interested in. What were they thinking! BBC - time to get your act together and sort this out. And quick please!

I have purchased video games from PlayStation.com and some orders came with missing games. This is when I realized that they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever! Live chat doesn't work. No e-mail communication either. Website constantly redirecting to lame FAQ and just sending you through the loops without any possible way to resolve the issue. They do have technical support for consoles only. But if you have any issue with the actual order you are on your own and will end up counting your losses. I am very disappointed with this company and will never purchase anything again from their website store.

We booked our Lyft ride to airport in advance. They sent me driver’s name and confirmation more than once. We received notification that driver was on his way, again more than once. When I saw driver headed in wrong direction, I called him. He said Lyft sent him to a different address and that he’d try to get us another ride. We rebooked with Uber and barely made our flight. I since have deleted Lyft. Not drivers fault but poor management.

do not use Lyft they charge me $80 for cleanup. I have not done anything in the car. I’ve left it clean I went in I got out I always checked and the guy charge me $80 and I can’t get hold of Lyft to clarify it, there’s no explanation of anything this is a scam. Do not use Lyft I will be suing them.

Unfortunately Amazon/IMDB now seems to engage in rating manipulation. Removing many reviews that are below 6 points if it concerns their own produced series. Also not counting/removing many points they deem too low for their average, thus increasing it artificially.
