We booked our Lyft ride to airport in advance. They sent me driver’s name and confirmation more than once. We received notification that driver was on his way, again more than once. When I saw driver headed in wrong direction, I called him. He said Lyft sent him to a different address and that he’d try to get us another ride. We rebooked with Uber and barely made our flight. I since have deleted Lyft. Not drivers fault but poor management.
