So i purchased the VPN Service alongwith a dedicated i p address.This was only the beginning of my troubles.I have been a customer with Express for a few years now-But it will be my last.So i tried to contact customer services via live chat,This is where issues began.Apart form not receiving any replies for nearly 4 hours+,then being Absolutely Bombarded with emails all from different advisors.All going round and round in circles with the same generated response.All of this carry on to get an issue sorted out i ended up finally about 2 days later getting in contact with an actual human being on live chat.All this to get a refund-Which i am still waiting on.Do i recommend them-Absolutely NotAre they the most expensive-YesSubscription pricing is just awful for what you receive.They take your money and it takes forever to get it back from them.So the so called 30 day money back will take you 30 days to get in contact with them.Avoid them at all cost and go elsewhere for your vpn service-Honestly they are not worth the effort.Tehn you have the good old excuse of -Sorry we were receiving a lot of requests-Yes No wonder as the agents are Non Existent.I also read up on who owns Express as well and the very dark past.Have a read before you give them your money,very interesting indeed.
