Waited 30 minutes for a driver who then cancelled after driving until he was 0.5 miles away. Reallocated another driver for a further 15 minute wait which caused me to be late for an appointment. I was then overcharged £12 by my ride and the girl in customer service “Anita” needs an education on what customer service is, spoke over me on multiple occasions and also required me to explain in detail 4 times what the issue was. Also refused my request to speak to a manager or superior and alleged that they could not call me back either, dreadful experience

Received a parcel via NZ post. Love most of Temu purchases but this one did not fit😡. Had to get help to do all the rigmarole to return and now discover that although it came via my postie it has to be returned to an Aramex depot more than 100kms from my home??? I am elderly, live in the country and don’t drive. NZpostshops don’t handle Aramex despite the fact they deliver the parcels. Help?

I booked a room through Hotels.com. When I got to the room the heating/air conditioning was not working. The heating/cooling unit gave me an error code of F6. I called down to the front desk and let them know that the heating/cooling was not working and it was giving me an error. The lady at the front desk said, "Well it's not my fault." The front desk lady said,"We can't give you a refund because the room was booked through Hotels.com." I called Hotels.com and let them know of the poor experience I had and they said,"no we can't give you a refund because the hotel did not approve it." This is a scam the hotel I had booked gave me such poor customer service and this is what I get? Stay away from Hotels.com because they will not give you a refund because they truly have no level of customer service.

This is my 3rd Fenix 5s plus watch in less than 4 years because of them just deciding to stop working. I waited two months for the last refurbished model to get to me and again it’s just constant issues. It’s an absolute disgrace that a watch that costs that much is just always having issues.

Reported fraud charges, got a new card, but they were never taken off account! Had to call MULTIPLE times and still no resolution. They have NO way to message them through a portal or email which is stupid. Will be closing this account as soon as I can. Not trustworthy.

Do not trust their invoices. I have paid my bill and they just keep sending new ones even after being presented with proof from the bank that it is paid. Just a horrible experience. Nothing but scam artists. I have proof from my bank that the bill is paid. As I Have proof of that my bill is paid I will seek legal advice just to put them in their place.

Terrible experience with Lenovo. We were purchasing a new laptop for our son as he just graduated from high school and heading to college. The system we chose was “highly rated” and “in stock” and “shipping next day”. However we quickly found none of this was true. After no activity seen on the tracking number after 2 days, I called and they said there was an unexpected delay but would ship shortly. 2 days later, received a note that “the model is on back order” and “we are not sure it will ship”. Seriously, it’s either in stock or it’s not.. to make matters worse, we’ve been dealing with them for the last 2 weeks in them offering a compatible substitute. The system they offered was NOT comparable and in fact a cheaper model. When I again contacted them (almost everyone day occurrence now) with a model that was close, they claimed they “could not help since the case worker assigned was the only one who could help us”. Again, serious? Only 1 person in a company the size of Lenovo can help with an order? I must be very important to have my own dedicated person and no one else can assist. Anyhow, I cancelled my order. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT HONEST OR CUSTOMER FOCUSED.

Had to chat to a bot (hate them) eventually, the bot put me through to a so called "salesperson" apparently, however I found them very unhelpful and extremely rude, and if that's how they treat their potential customers I dread to think how they treat a paying customer. Won't be using their system.. EVER!

I will never again purchase a Dell product. The customer support and technical support is the absolute worst I’ve ever encountered.They would not accept a return (25 days) and every effort to contact someone who would authorize a return met with form emails.

Sadly, they were good before. But now they help defend authors who have committed fraud and they remove negative reviews for these authors. I don't plan to buy anything from them anymore, because there are no real reviews here anymore, which would prevent me from evaluating whether I can buy these plugins or not.

The Artsy app made the process very seamless—I was able to find the work, make an offer on it, chat with the gallery, and choose a shipping option very easily. Just about a week after the purchase was finalized, the work arrived at my home! Such a joy to be able to connect with a reputable gallery and purchase a cool, original artwork, entirely online!
