Booked an apartment in Somerset. The check in process was overly complicated. The property delayed my check in by 3 hours but despite that the apartment was filthy when I arrived.Contacted their “priority helpline” for a refund as I needed to book alternative accommodation.They took 7 days to respond to me and told me that they agreed to process the refund but that it would take their finance team 5-7 days to make the refund with a further 7-12 days for it to appear in my bank. 3 times she asked me if this was ok and 3 times I told her no then she put the phone down on me.
