I have purchased video games from PlayStation.com and some orders came with missing games. This is when I realized that they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever! Live chat doesn't work. No e-mail communication either. Website constantly redirecting to lame FAQ and just sending you through the loops without any possible way to resolve the issue. They do have technical support for consoles only. But if you have any issue with the actual order you are on your own and will end up counting your losses. I am very disappointed with this company and will never purchase anything again from their website store.
