I ordered a basic auto stereo system and spent HOURS to figure out how to schedule and install only to have the date robo-changed many times. I thenfound out that you cannot actually call the local store, where you placed the order. (Huhh?????????) I finally had to drive 30 minutes across town to the store to ask what the situation was. The man working their was super nice but only one working in install (located behind the storefront) and said the phone systems are no good and the systems does not correctly identify and explain what will work in a particular make and model of car.
