We recently had to cancel our cruise under the cruise with confidence guarantee meaning we would receive our fare back in future cruise credit. I was told this would take 30 days which has since passed and no credit was received. I called to be told after an hour (?!) that the system had deactivated our codes with no further explanation. The lady said she could only reactivate one code there and then due to limits and her manager being away from the office but that she could assure me it would be live on the Monday. Despite this neither codes work. My partners code doesn't work as he is "not listed as a guest on the new booking" however, both bookings have identical guest names.Their response times via phone and email are awful and they're not particuarly helpful once you do successfully make contact.As if the fact we couldnt go on holiday due to ill health wasn't bad enough, it seems we now have to fight for what we were promised.

Neil ALWAYS answers our comments on all channels. YouTube, Blogs. I make it a point to watch his videos read his blogs and learn many things from him. It especially helps me to personalize my blogs and use keywords properly. I learned how to use heading tags and headlines. I also attended the FREE training sessions by NEIL on his site npdigital.com and for email marketing. Then I sent 10 emails to our prospects and out of them we could convert 2 clients. IT WORKS....Using Ubbersuggest we found out longtail keywords for one of our clients and then in the month of June 2021, from Facebook, we got an ORGANIC POST REACH of 67,425 and generated a post-engagement of 3892.Apart from that, I wrote a blog for one of our clients on 'sensitive skin'. I used long tail keywords suggested by Ubbersuggest and that blog has average read attention of 4 minutes 14 seconds!!!! In spite of big healthcare sites, our site has max views and readers love it due to personalization. I learned this only from NEIL.I was too much happy to see the results, so I wrote a case study for 'digitalization' in which I especially mentioned how we used Ubbersuggest for success and how Neil's tips helped us to create more engagement for blogs. I have written to Neil's team if they wish to publish it on their site. Else We'll publish it and I'll link to it later. They locked my account. Luckily I was able to withdraw most of my funds in anticipation of this event, but they still have hundreds of my Euros under their control. The reason they locked it is a KYC verification due to regulations in my country. I tried to get verified with various documents and a video call, which cost me hours of my time. Despite providing a vast amount of personal information, the verification got repeatedly rejected without further reasoning. I called their support who could or simply do not want to resolve the issue. I can not recommend this company nor their products to anyone.

My visit was for Collect+ but i will travel the length of Wigan to find another drop off point rather than step foot in here again. Even a 1 star review is too good.

I could not have done all the work that I have done to revitalize my website if it weren't for the people at Pro Design Live Plus. They are patient, kind with their time, and easy to talk to. In the last two months, I have redesigned the entire site to have the same appearance as it had almost four years ago through the web design professionals WordPress. My account was deactivated due to inactivity. The trouble it took me to simply get a reactivation link sent to me was unreal. Then the reactivation link didn't work, it just took me to a ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED page every time. I had no vpn, nor ad blocker and the site was permitted through the firewall. After several attempts I resorted to setting up a new account, which took half an hour because the first 10 attempts took me to a bluntly worded page saying the admins aren't taking on new members, which I though was a bit high and mighty tbh. All this just to obtain one or two mods, that didn't work anyway. 0/10, absolutely do not recommend. If a game requires nexus mods and there's not an alternative, I'd recommend just playing it vanilla.

I used to pay with a virtual card which is why Google ads used to suspend my account on a regular basis. The reason they used to show is that I am involved in fraudulent payment activity! When they suspend it takes about 15 days to restore my account after I submit a request for review. Every single month they suspend my account and I can't do anything but wait. There is no support team, no support email address, nothing at all. The last time they suspended my account it took 2 months to recover!!! So I got fade up and closed my account asking for a refund (the fund I already added to my Google account via virtual card). I had about $857 credit left in my account which was all of my money. You know what they never refunded my money. It has been three months, I didn't even receive any reply to any of my tickets!!! Just a horrible company!!! The biggest scammer I faced in my life!!!
