I have an ongoing problem dealing with a bereaved husband trying to get the legal department to finalise my late husbands account has been hell. I've been messaging them through their "Chat" for over 1 year there is no one to call. They request docs, they change their minds over what they want and a lot of the time they don't seem to know what they are doing and the information is conflicting. Last week I was on with them for a full 8 hours through the night and am doing the same tonight and now they have changed what they want from me. It's expensive and time consuming to get docs certified. I had a fraud alert and spoke to someone who told me there was £5.30 in the account, previously they said it was under $100 dollars and did i want to bother with it. Today i have had a statement and the figure is significantly higher. The system is designed for you to give up so they can profit. Please think very carefully before sending an ID and personal information to these people, I have chopped through lots of customer service support people, much is promised, nothing yet delivered. You change your mind about the docs you want, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I am very worried I have sent you all my and my relatives and beneficiaries personal identification and you are playing fast and loose with it. You don't have a bereavement department and professional effectiveness is seriously lacking. I may have to walk away from my husband's case as I can't spend more weeks and months on this matter. I would like to complain but they don't have a system for it - BEWARE they are not FCA approved and seem incompetent with a veneer of friendliness. I will update you when the next round of nonsense occurs.

I bought an ASUS ROG phone classic on January 2, 2021. While at the store, the staff asked me to check the device for scratches or dents. Because it's a brand new phone, I just glanced at the screen and back of the phone for any lines that might resemble a crack or scratch and saw none. I then checked the sides for any dents, also clear. So we made the purchase. Before leaving the store, I told them to put the device back in the box for the meantime because I don't want to put it in my pocket.We arrived home in the evening. Started unboxing the phone and downloaded some updates before going to bed. The next day, I continued setting up my phone and apps. Most of the time, I just put the phone on my laptop table while it was downloading stuff because it was taking a while.After dinner, I went back to downloading apps and setting up my phone. My partner, who was very keen to details, saw a dot on the screen which looked like a lint or dirt. So he told me to wipe it off with a cloth. However, it won't come off so we began to wonder if it's a dead pixel or something under or on the screen. We didn't feel anything if we wipe it with a cloth or use our thumb, but after using a cotton bud, that's when we felt that it was quite rough.I was shocked and started to feel upset! Of course, something is on the screen that won't come off so the following day, January 4, we went back to the store to complain. To my disbelief, they said it was a dent! A dent!? How could it possibly had a dent!? And on a glass screen!? I haven't even brought the phone out from the bedroom, or put it in my pocket because the whole day, I was busy downloading and updating stuff so I was either holding the phone or putting it down on the laptop table while waiting for the updates or downloads to finish! And I have ALWAYS been very careful while holding the phone!To add to my horror and anger, the store won't replace the device! They said it had a 7-day replacement policy, but only for manufacture defects like internal issues. They insisted that "cosmetic issues" can't be replaced. I told them how could I possibly see a small dot on the screen right away? It's not even visible when the screen is on. And at first glance, you'd think it's just a dirt or a lint. How would I be able to tell it was a dent? Did they expect me to wipe off every lint or dirt on the phone as I go through the inspection at the store? Or use my finger nail to scratch a dirt on the phone to check if it's a dent, just like what the store personnel did when I showed them the issue!? Since it's new and boxed, I expected the phone to be in excellent condition so naturally, my attention wouldn't dwell on very small details!I told them that I was feeling too "excited" and impressed with the phone as they were getting it out of the box, so the tendency of me noticing a small dot like that right away would be next to like, never. I told them that while the dot or dent is somehow visible with the phone turned off and under a well lit area (now that I'm aware of it), it isn't very noticeable if the screen is on. They did agree on this, but they kept insisting it can't be replaced because it's a cosmetic issue. When I reached out to Asus customer service, they told me the same thing!I felt like I got scammed! I bought a premium phone and my very first Asus device that turned out to be my biggest disappointment! And to think I have even tried to return the phone in less than 48 hours!So for all those who plans on buying an Asus device, think twice! You think you got yourself a quality item, but after sales and customer service is not just really bad. It's the worst! So, once I get rid of this crappy phone, no more Asus for me and will tell everyone who will ask for my recommendation not to buy anything from this brand!

I give 2 stars only because the customer service is great and I think the money is safe with them. The problem with Kraken is that their trading costs are extremely high: I lost around €20000 in 2 weeks on trading costs. If you do margin trading, it costs €10 for every 10k for every 4 hours! So, that's about €200 for 2 bitcoins every 4 hours + €200 at the start. So, that was about €1400 per day for me. Crazy, but that's not all. Trading fees are 0.25% for limit orders and 0.4% for market orders. That means for me trading 2 bitcoins it cost me €800 for every market trade or €500 for a limit trade. And you can be sure that when there is some volatility, it is you that will loose and they will win. In any case, every time I needed to change direction, I noticed that my balance fell by around €2000. If you rarely buy or sell and you do not use margin trading, Kraken can work, otherwise Kraken will be happy to take a HUGE chunk of your hard earned cash.

I think Hulu is a very peculiar streaming service. They have so many commercials that I lose interest in the movie or show that I'm watching. I think the price increase is way out of line with what they offer compared to the other streaming services.I feel like, if they would dramatically reduce the sheer volume and length of these commercials they force you to watch in conjunction with the new upcoming price increase, that might be a little more palatable. I was watching a movie the other day and the commercials were so frequent and so obnoxious, I literally lost all interest in the movie and didn't even remember where we left off. I don't like how they waste time doing a countdown so that you'll choose which version of the upcoming commercial you want to watch. I don't understand the purpose behind that but it just takes more time away from enjoying the entertainment. I don't know about anybody else but, when I try to reach out to customer service to talk to them about anything, you'd think they are working for the FBI because they want you to verify of course your name call me your email address and your phone number sure. But then they want you to verify whether the credit card you're using for payment is a MasterCard or a Visa card, they want the last four digits of the card, they want the expiration date when all that information is already on my account. They then want to know a bunch of other ridiculous questions that I don't even remember what I said when I started my account in the first place. I literally am not even kidding you when I say I spent almost a half an hour trying to verify my identity just so the stupid customer service agent would answer a question that really had nothing to do with my specific account or my billing whatsoever. My other complaint is, they have been sending me an email saying come back we miss you get Hulu for $2.99 a month for 6 months But, whenever I try to answer the promo code, they tell me it's already been used. I haven't used the promo code but they can't tell me who has and they won't issue me a new promo code. The customer agent says, those are all computer generated and we don't have any control over it or ability to give you a new promo code. I don't feel like a valued or appreciated customer when I try and talk with somebody in their customer service department. I feel like They are treating me like I am some felon who is trying to scam them so I can get into someone's account and harvest their viewing history or something? I don't really understand it quite frankly. Nobody at Netflix has ever said hey you know what we appreciate you, hey how can I help you today, how can I make your viewing experience better, We appreciate you as a customer nothing. It's always like they are some awesome dynamite superpower streaming service that everyone is banging down the doors to be a part of and they only have a limited openings. Give me a break! Treat your customers with a little bit of dignity and kindness Hulu. As far as this new rate increase goes, they've lost me as a customer for sure because the value is not there with all those commercials they play. And most of the content, is stuff that I get already through my streaming TV service but it's nice to be able to go back and watch some things and I have enjoyed some of their movies and content but, it's just not enough to keep me paying their inflated prices to watch all those commercials all the time. I feel the same way about Amazon prime, they have become a shadow of their former self and I no longer enjoy or feel proud to be an Amazon prime member.. And I no longer am proud or enjoy being a Hulu member. It used to be fun and exciting but any more, it's just not a good value.

14 years I have been an Envato customer, and I had my first problem with a theme. It's broken, it doesn't work. A resolution wasn't going to be possible with the plugins required for it's use (not disclosed on the listing) so I asked for a refund.Basically, you are screwed, they are quite happy to sell broken, badly coded and incompatible products and hang you out to dry. As the buyer everything is your fault according to Envato, the seller and themselves are totally protected in all cases and if you provide proof they just find another reason why they get to keep your money.Then they just ignore you, denying you further support. You are screwed at this point.So you raise a PayPal dispute as you are being done over, what do they do? Lock all your Envato accounts, so now you can't access any of the files you've paid for and have no issues with. This is for "security reasons" apparently. Feels like bullying to me. No idea if they will ever unlock the account. Very unfair policy, complain and we ban you basically.Hard to believe they would treat a long standing customer who has never raised an issue before so poorly. $$$$ spent with them over the years. Believe the one star reviews, they are all true. Truly shocked.

Ordered some products which turned out to be not as describe. Filed a claim and even returned the items with the proper tracking information. After almost 3 months of writing back and forth they denied my claim saying I didn't send the tracking information. Paypal has gone to shit like every other company. The worst will never use them again.

Please have someone on PayPal customer support team reach out to me as I have yet to receive any sort of response in over a week. It is beyond unprofessional and is literally the reason why thousands of people cannot do business on time. If they need assistance on ideas of how to improve this experience for future use, I'm happy to assist.

I’ve owned several of their products over the years, most notably an electric razor which I purchased in 2015- it’s still running: I’ve never replaced the blades, despite the fact that I have a heavy beard; I clean it after every use; and it doesn’t hold a charge as long as it used to. I have thought about replacing it with a newer Panasonic razor, but why? So long as mine keeps working, I probably won’t.

Expedia made a mistake on a booking for a B&B. I found out when I called the B&B to confirm. Had we trusted Expedia and just showed up we would have had no place to stay! Expedia refused to take responsibility and charged us a cancellation fee. I will not be doing business with them in the future!
