I changed my payment method to my checking account yet my payment didn't go through for prime membership. I assume I can no longer purchase on Amazon either. I keep getting messages that I need to update my payment method, but I already did.I was unable to get a chat option after trying several times. Being.alone, elderly, hard of hearing, I don't do well at all with phone calls. Even worse, Amazon knows they have this exact same proplem with others. With chat all messed up and my having a pretty good idea they won't go to the trouble to respond to this as individuals are of little concern to them...I guess I'm out of luck... C'est la vie

Able to confirm information. And also received new information about Norway immigration to NY. Also some relatives farther removed on my family tree. Only issue was my first entry to set up my account. I used my Married last name and tried to reset to Maiden name. May have misread instruction.

Worst of shopping experiences in my entire life, even our local crappy food delivery app that takes hours to deliver works better than them. Amazon france kept cancelling my orders without any reasons or notifications. I finally managed to placed a preorder with the help of their customer service. Then they cancel my order the very last minute before the release date when the preordered product is completely out of stock for reorder. It was worse than an horror, more of a terror. Christmas present for the kids are ruined completely. Customer service can't help you with anything except passing some messages to the so called Service Client department. I really don't even know if that actually happened in the background at all. Maybe they just brushing me off. No correspondence in relation to each conversation I had with them each time. The only I was told every time is wait 48 hours, they will email me. Then 12 hours later, I get some silly email with instructions on how to manage my payment method or other things that aren't even related to my problem. How on earth Amazon set up this way in France, its like an old granny running a fruit/veg shop, even then, they will just take your money for whatever your buying.

Read any article and it becomes apparent most of what the say is made up, for example "Starfield might save Xbox series X" or "Sony PS5 disaster gets worse" and "Nintendo Switch struggles to be relevant." None of these consoles are having problems, S/X and PS5 have been selling out for over a year now. The Switch is the highest selling console since the PS2. The site is a harbor for talentless opportunist "journalists".

If I could give zero I would…their customer service has no clue. This is the 3rd issue I have had with the Apple wallet one time use card and the refunds. Two of them were apparently refunded for a different stores and this latest one is back and forth… even though I have sent all the information more than once in the correct format and by the due date they are still saying the refund didn’t happen even though the proof is in front of them…Awful..awful..awful… the normal process of buy now pay later works fine but not if you use the one time card.
