I have shopped at Kroger for years, and find good coupons and selection. BUT, their refusal to switch away from plastic bags to reusable bags-- when they contribute MORE than any other company to plastic bags in lakes, rivers, oceans is steering me to Trader Joe's. They are making the switch quickly, whereas Kroger said they will switch from plastic bags in 2025-- are you kidding me?
