1 star for the horrible company is too generous. If I could give 0 stars I 100% would. The customer service is the WORST I have ever experienced not to even mention the fact that I ordered an item and got a completely different item from what I originally ordered. Waited 1 hour on the line for a rep who was very rude and unprofessional, she told me to just send it back and stop complaining. Ummm... I can’t even describe how messed up that is to say to a CUSTOMER. Anyways, I followed the rep’s instructions and returned the item. 2 weeks go by I don’t even get an Email notification for my return, we’re not even talking about getting a refund. So I call urban back and wait on hold for another hour and a half just to be told that they didn’t receive my return and therefore could not process a refund for me. Makes absolutely no sense at all and is highly unprofessional. I eventually gave up and ended up just calling my bank and disputing the charges. I will never purchase from urban again. At the very least people should be getting decent customer service since it costs an arm and a leg for this stuff.

Very very bad experience with these peopleNot a friendly company at all.Its a racist people that works there.We order a kichen and it was delivered but they made alot of mistake and was not properly installed......we contact ikea customer service but that was a fail .. went personal and the supervisor admited that they made a mistake but then started lying....and yelling and was not friendly at all. We went for a new kitchen but end up in hell in ikea. Who made her supervisor....what a horrible lady never ever again we will buy from that racist place

Sage are by far the best accounting and payroll tool.Their customer support is so helpful and no question or problem is too much, however large or small it may be.I have dealt with many software in my career and would not recommend any other than Sage!

I bought a coin bank, it took the seller 10 days to ship, when I finally got it, it was broke. I have NEVER bought from them before. Now when I ask for a return label or refund, here is what I got: We've determined that you have previously been removed from our marketplace. Per our Prohibited Conduct Policy, Mercari does not allow users who have had their accounts closed due to violations of our Terms of Service to create new accounts. As such, we have closed your new account(s). Please complete your pending transactions and request a direct deposit for any remaining balance. After these have been completed, your account will be closed. Note that if you attempt to return to our marketplace in the future, we will hold all direct deposit requests and cancel all transactions associated with your accounts.

I purchased an item on mercari on July 24, 2024. According to mercari's rules, I have 2 criterion to meet for a refund. I must contact the seller and wait up until a certain amount of days. I HAVE MET ALL CRITERIA and mercari is giving me the runaround. Be careful who you purchase from on mercari. They seem to refuse to issue refunds!!!

This was my first time trying to book a holiday through Expedia, and it was an absolute nightmare. The payment didn’t go through at checkout, despite trying multiple times with different cards. It seemed like nothing had been processed—but in the end, they had actually taken the payment.Trying to get a refund was extremely frustrating. Customer service was completely unhelpful, constantly pushing me to contact the airline directly, even though I had booked a full package through Expedia’s own platform. No one wanted to take responsibility.In the end, it took nearly three months to get my money back, and only because I involved my bank to force the refund.I don’t trust this company and won’t be booking anything through them again. If something goes wrong, you’re completely on your own.
