I used the trial service to test and see if their service will suite my needs.Unfortunately it was not meeting my expectations, therefore I cancelled the trial.Sadly, they decided to charge me out of nowhere for 1 month, setting up an automatic monthly renewal plan for £129[not including tax].I raised a ticket to solve the issue, but with no solution. It seems like these sort of scams are completely allowed.I would recommend to avoid at all cost.Their service is probably worth £10 a month.
