First and Last time of using Depop

First and Last time of using Depop. Buyer purchases trainers I’m selling. Sent them via Royal Mail guaranteed next day delivery. Have all tracking info and signature of buyer from Royal Mail. Buyer raises dispute to say they have not received them and in less than 2 hours they are refunded and I’m £150 out of pocket. Lucky I have the buyers name and address to hand to the police for theft. ZERO SELLER PROTECTION!!!!

Very Bad ExperienceI subscribed to this platform for one year, but not a single client came through it. I decided to cancel my subscription, but despite that, they continue to withdraw money from my account.I’ve written more than three emails requesting cancellation and a refund, but I haven’t received any satisfactory response.I strongly advise against working with this platform. Very bad experience, lack of professionalism, and nonexistent customer service.

Size charts are wrong, it costs to return items.

Very disappointed with the customer service who really couldn't care less about helping customers. The items we ordered ended up being a size or two larger than advertised, when we tried to exchange them they would only do a return for refund minus the return shipping cost. Meaning we would be out of pocket and would have to pay postage again to reorder. Customer service asked for pictures, and then told us they didn't see anything wrong: we have ordered XS tees advertised as a 32-35 inch chest which measured 38 inches at the chest, and a S which was meant to be 35-38 which measured a whopping 44 at the chest. Apparently this is an acceptable size variant for uniqlo, and they were not prepared to do anything at all to help. Order No: A041296268

-5 for online order. Think 3 times or go to shop but do NOT buy online. My parcel came broken, 2 items have been stolen but you can contact with customer servic. Customer service doesn't exist in Uniqlo for online shoppers. If your parcel is broken and you take it the insurance stops working. Nobody kips responsibility for your loss.

The absolute worst mail service. Stay AWAY! GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Hotmail is DEAD.

If I could describe this company in one word, it would be unacceptable. I have been locked out of my account every month for the past 1/2 year because someone has been trying to log into my account from Russia. Outlook's way of fixing that however, is locking yourself out of your own email (this happens to me monthly) then forcing you to take a questionnaire on who you really are. And these are questions that are way outdated, questions I would never know the answers to, like what was the zip code that you were living in when you first created this account? WTH? They ask you for the previous emails you've sent from that account, even though you literally can't even get into the account. So they expect you to pick up the phone and call your folks and relatives, and bug them all at the same time (YEAH OUTLOOK, LET'S GET EVERYONE AND THEIR MOTHER INVOLVED. REAL SUCCESS FACTOR.) If you don't know the "very" correct answers.. SURPRISE! Your account is blocked and everything attached to that is gone. Say goodbye to everything basically. I've been on the phone with customer service all of today and still no help. And when I've expressed my anger and frustration to a "SUPERVISOR" she says "well, you should just keep trying the questionnaire, but careful because you can only try 3 times every 24 hours. Great. So I’ll just keep trying with the same answers? Then she goes “well.. try changing the answers, that might work.” WTH? So even with everything correct or incorrect, you’re going to let some moron in that’s tried 3 times in a row. What a great security system. What makes matters worse is there has been no sympathy being on the phone with them and I am in the middle of deep job applying and my outlook address is on all of my resumes. So I can kiss my next job goodbye. Thanks Outlook Mail for ruining my day, yet again. I will make sure to tell all my friends, everyone I know to stay away from your stupid service. You are a dying business and you don't chose to go beyond and help their customers. I've had this account for years and years and can't believe it is so difficult just to get back into my emails! Especially as it's run by Microsoft!! It's 2019 and I can't even get connected to an actual person on the end of the line? At least everyone else that's reviewed you agrees with me - 1 star, STAY AWAY, GO TO GOOGLE, ANY OTHER MAILING SERVICE!

DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE !!!

I purchased a tv 7 months ago right from the first day I notice green lines across the screen flashing up every couple of hrs Tried contacting Hisense support several times Nothing back until PayPal get involved took 7 months They asked me take a video of the fault so I’m supposed to sit infront of the tv waiting for the fault to appear And they want it taken from different angles ( loonacy ) or is it a ploy The staff a AOL a very polite but don’t get anything sorted They have now told me there is nothing more they can do So I’ve spent £400 and 7 months of aggro for a broken Tv Despite still being under so called WARRANTY My solicitor will be looking into this DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE GO TO ARGOS

Average platform and service to match.

While it was cheaper than Seek, you get what you pay for. Platform is outdated, candidates are better calibre elsewhere, and when I try to start a chat to ask them to stop sending me auto emails weekly, noone responds it hangs in limbo. I have pre-paid credits to use, not sure I'll bother.

Hotels.com is absolutely no help to their customers. After a hurricane we lost power for a week. We tried to book a hotel to have some electricity for a night. The hotel we booked was in a neighboring city and was still accepting reservations. Little did we know the hotel we booked did not have power. A few hours before our reservation the hotel called to let us know that they didn’t have power and if we wanted to cancel our reservation. We let them know we did want to cancel. We reached out to hotels.com to let them know that the hotel didn’t have power and we’d like a refund. They gave us the run around and have for a month. They have been no help, and will not issue us a refund. It’s preposterous. I will no longer use hotels.com to book any kind of travel.

Fandango Reviews are an inaccurate representation of real audience feedback.

At one point we trusted and used Fandango for almost all of our movie going. It gave us a good sense of rather people liked the movie or not, a view of what the movie was really about vs the trailers and allows us to purchase tickets and select seats in advance. All good.Recently (i.e. in the last 2 years), I just don’t trust the reviews any more. I’ve noticed that overtly negative reviews seem to never show up, while more neutral and positive reviews get highlighted. I tested this myself. We went to see a movie recently that I didn’t particularly like. I wrote a negative review and gave it two stars. The review was harsh, but not inaccurate or especially disparaging. It never showed up on the list of reviews. I waited a few days thinking maybe processing delays were the issue. Nope, never showed up. I thought that was interesting, so to continue my test I added a more neutral review. This time a slightly higher rating and some vague language about the movie being ok but not especially good. This version appeared the next day. On a hunch, I added a third review. In this case it was negative, but again only tending negative. In this version however, I mentioned that the movie was overtly political and featured overt homosexually, which I am not interested in seeing in the movies I watch. Here, the review was never published. From this limited set of tests, I can assume that highly negative reviews or reviews that mentioned things related to politics or sexual orientation as a contributing factor to a negative review will be filtered out. Doesn’t seem to be a very accurate system for capturing audience opinion. In fact it seems designed to filter against topics Fandango doesn’t want the audience to comment on.I no longer have any trust in Fandango reviews or would rely them for information. Filtering out audience sentiment because that sentiment is negative towards a topic they feel it should not be is obviously biased and an inaccurate representation of what the customer (I.e. people paying to watch the movie) are saying. I understand they may not like the feedback. But filtering it out and pretending it doesn’t exist is overt manipulation and a disingenuous representation of real audience feedback.

Pay for a month, get a week. Borderline scam.An absolute scam. I signed up as a patron for a creator yesterday (september 24th), paying for a month, thinking I'd do the one month membership and then cancel. Lo and behold, when I go to cancel I see that they're about to charge me again on October 1st, and if I cancel I'll loose all my membership benefits on October 1st. What service does this in 2022? YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Spotify and HBO Max all know to give you what you pay for. But not this useless service.
