When I attempted to initiate a return for a refund, I was met with a message stating that the item was ineligible for return because it is classified as an electronic device—this seems unreasonable. I've never encountered such issues when shopping at Best Buy. To make matters worse, I hadn't even opened the package. When I reached out to customer service, they apologized but reiterated that returns on these items are not accepted. My recommendation?
