Samsung is the worst and most useless company when it comes to replacements. Don't buy anything from them because if you are one of the unlucky ones to receive a damaged product prepare yourself for an endless wait time and countless phone calls from even getting close to what you ordered. I ordered the S90D '83' inch tv. The tv Arrived broken and as i still wanted the tv i asked for a replacement. I was then told it would take 14 days to pick up the old tv and another 14 days untill i would then have the replacement. That is 28 days and basically a month. A very long wait already. Now i'm about 25 phone calls in and 3 months later and i still have no replacement. I then asked about getting my money refunded as they were clearly too clueless to send me a replacement and have now been waiting 2 weeks with no money being refunded.
