My agent was great and super helpful but this website is very scammy. I was charged for a complimentary service I did not want and their website is a mess... I couldn't access my account page it was just blank. And it is nearly impossible to login. I guess these are the tricks they use to get your money. Godaddy is by far a more legitimate and user friendly business to use.
