As I commented before in the previous query, the service of the Customer Ambassador is just fine, very concrete and with good knowledge. My complaint is with the written information, which sometimes is not clear, very large, and difficult to comprehend. This leads to withdrawal of the instructions and stop procedures. I subscribe to rankCoach which came to me first to my renewal of subscription and therefore I thought that I had renewed but what I mistakenly did was to buy a rankigCoach system which I do not understand.
