The phone I am using is a Galaxy A14 that I have been using since November 23rd from R Company of Canada. It has not been a year since I used it, but there was a problem with the charging system. Of course, it is currently under warranty.So I contacted R Company around August. They said it was not their responsibility, but Samsung's responsibility. So I contacted Samsung on August 12th, and they told me to go to Mobile Kilink, a repair shop in Scarborough Town Center.The first shop I visited said that they replaced some parts, which I do not know. However, the problem was not solved. I went to this shop twice more after that. The problem was still not solved.I have been in constant contact with Samsung since then. I also visited the Samsung direct service center inside Yorkdale Mall in Toronto twice. They did not find any problem.Finally, I sent the device to another Samsung direct repair shop as instructed by Samsung, but it was not repaired.After reporting this to Samsung and visiting the repair shop, I took pictures of the charging system problem and sent them, and I wanted to replace the device, but they made some ridiculous excuses and said they couldn't replace it.Samsung is one of the largest companies in Korea and I used to think they were a trustworthy company. However, this incident has made me very disappointed in Samsung.
