I've done a lot of online browsing/shopping during the COVID quarantine and I have place quite a few orders via DSW.com. From online purchases to returns, all were positive experiences. DSW has very good return policy and have been very understanding during this difficult time. Love their great prices too. What can improve is customer service when contacting by email. Wished the CSRs would read the emails more thoroughly. I had requested a couple of price adjustments and even did the calculations for them, but I had to respond with multiple emails before they understand.

Harsh. Am I being punished for having wide feet? Wide widths are rarely available in stores, so I have NO CHOICE but to special order shoes-just to try them on. Today I was told that I've been barred for 180 days from making too many returns! Really DSW?? Unbelievable! I have always appreciated the fact that DSW offers a nice selection of wide shoes. Since wide widths are rarely available in stores, I have NO CHOICE but to special order your shoes and have them sent to my house...just to try them; hoping that they will fit my difficult feet. Trust me, I LOVE shoes so nothing would make me happier than to find shoes that fit. Sadly, it is not that easy for me. Recently, I purchased several shoes for an upcoming trip to Europe but unfortunately, none were comfortable enough to keep, so I ended up returning. Today, I visited your store to purchase and to return some of those shoes that did not work. To my surprise I was told that I was suspended from returning shoes for 90 days! I called the phone number provided; and I was then told that I couldn't make a return for 180 days!! This is extremely upsetting. I had considered purchasing multiple pairs during your Black Friday sale. Thank goodness I did not. If i had spent hundreds of dollars and then found out that I would be stuck with them for months...it could have ruined Christmas for my entire family. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had! Furthermore, your customer service rep was unhelpful and could not provide an explanation or offer any solution. I could understand if you changed your policy to make returns within a certain amount of time but to ban customers without warning or explanation? I am beyond upset! At best, DSW has made me feel like I am being PUNISHED for having wide/difficult feet! At worst, as though I am some sort of thief!

Aliexpress site and android app are terrible. It seems as at every "corner" there is a scam. The site is so frustrating to use, so much confusion, fillers are barely present and the few available are completely useless. Most products are clearly fake.

This time I did pay 5450 SEK for this order with another tracking number.I have had such orders about 30 times without such a false extra invoice. I have just signed up with Parallels for my Macbook Air 2020 M1 Chip. I cannot activate my windows pro as there is no Windows activation keys provided during set up. It just very shambolic in trying to find the solution and almost looks like a scam. There is no customer support or phone number on the website. Unbelievable I paid £59.00 for the subscription. I would suggest to people DO NOT see You Tubers and just blindly buy it. Do a little bit research before committing. Very disappointed

I sent my unlocked LG G3 phone in for repairs twice. First time it came back just fine. Second time it came back locked for my original provider that I am no longer with. I spent 4 hours yesterday being tossed back and forth from LG to VW because LG said that VW has to unlock my phone and VW said that they don't lock their phones so they don't know how to unlock it. Now I have a phone I paid $200+ to repair and I cannot use it. The customer service at LG just keeps repeating the same thing over and over like if they keep repeating it, it will make it all better. With the products on the market from LG you think their customer service would be top notch. I have wasted time, money and now I have a $200 paperweight. Oh and I sent them my proof of purchase of the phone so they can't say they locked it in fear it was stolen.

Just like any platform there is a learning curve. It just seems that when I joined Keap there were a lot of changes and updates being made and I feel slightly in limbo. My service design consultant, Jennifer White, is AMAZING!! I literally would be lost without her support. I understand things may be difficult during this time so I can understand if things are in flux. The technical difficulties are really starting to take a toll on my productivity: can't connect stripe, landing page having formatting bugs, tags not applying to forms. Jennifer has been forwarding the issues I've been having after reaching several walls in some of our strategies. I've still haven't heard back. The only reason why I'm not giving a 4 or 5 stars because this was to make me more efficient but I feel like I'm working twice as hard just trying to work through the kinks.I'm sure after some more time I will see the benefits of the system and get to the efficiency I'm striving for.
