I sent my unlocked LG G3 phone in for repairs twice. First time it came back just fine. Second time it came back locked for my original provider that I am no longer with. I spent 4 hours yesterday being tossed back and forth from LG to VW because LG said that VW has to unlock my phone and VW said that they don't lock their phones so they don't know how to unlock it. Now I have a phone I paid $200+ to repair and I cannot use it. The customer service at LG just keeps repeating the same thing over and over like if they keep repeating it, it will make it all better. With the products on the market from LG you think their customer service would be top notch. I have wasted time, money and now I have a $200 paperweight. Oh and I sent them my proof of purchase of the phone so they can't say they locked it in fear it was stolen.
