Leave your machinery out of my emails! I never asked for you to read, alter, condense and play with my message, whether by machine or by Artificial Intelligence, or by human being. This is an invasion of my privacy! You have a Yelp rating of 77% ONE STAR UNFAVORABLE REVIEWS! Over three quarters of your customers are telling you to stop playing with us! You ask (by machine rhetorically) what your company can do about having received a one star review!? CHANGE!!!! IF you STOPPED the way you treat your "customer", your customer will change their review. Simple, isn't it? I am not a robot, and I am not a troll. I would like to be a loyal, appreciative customer, a user of your service. But you keep taking, and taking. Not a good relationship. I now have a Very Private Network and am working on leaving you, Yahoo!

They keep sending me emails and I keep unsubscribing from receiving emails but it does not help. I went on and deleted my account totally but I still receive emails with suggestions to follow certain people. The i interesting thing is they didn’t contact me for years because my account was passive and all of a sudden they keep contacting me. I don’t know how to get rid of this horrible plat form
