i have purchased about 40000 rupees in big billian sale.order accepted.cash deducted. after 2more weeks refunded the amount prouct cancelled by them due to corrier partner cant deliver the item. i want to know 1. why they didnt tell at the time order. 2. why the accepeted my order3.why the hold my fund 2 more weeks4. lot of other product already delivered this corrier partner
