On two Ikea trips, I bought 4 light bulbs (2 bulbs on each trip). Later, I wanted to return all 4, so after printing the return labels and sending them, I kept trying to reach them back and forth for about a month and a half to get my money back. Sometimes they would say that they only received 2 instead of 4. Other times, the say that they received everything and I should receive my refund soon. 1 and a half month later, I get my refund back. Horrible experience. And to add to that, they never respond to their email

I recently got my account blocked by an automated systems, they let me in the dark for a week stating they do not give information about the cases under investigation. This happened after i actually upgraded my audience and paid money. Looking into this they recently been acquired by INTUIT for 12.3 Billion. Since then there is more and more bugs and i can feel that support is less friendly and more corporate. I would recommend Mailjet or Sendgrid, they are half the price for medium volume send! YES MAILCHIMP SU$#

The course content was very good and the organization of the learning materials into short videos and readings encouraged me to go through the materials. The tests were spaced out and well placed. However, some of the translation of the material from Spanish to English could be double checked for accuracy of translation. But overall it was an excellent course.

went to Costco today, April 18th, 2025 to the Richmond location. I gad few items to return as per their return policy. The employee named Abbie claimed that 2 of our items doesn't exist in their system, moreover they stated I don't have a proof of purchase. Although having a recipient is not in the return policy. After escalating the issue to the shift supervisor and the assistant manager, I was only offered $12 for the items that I have paid $44 for! It wasn't due to a system issue, but rather discrimination and racism , as I'm not Asian or White. It was an embarrassing situation, as I was accused of stealing! Not impressed with the experience and the unprofessional treatment. I need my refund and an apology

Totally useless to contact. Need to get a refund on faulty goods and webpage botassistant sends you around in circles and refuses to put you through to a person. Will now trigger a section 75 refund and will never use Ebay again. Rubbish customer services.

horrible experience with customer service today, i had a pretty simple problem which multiple representatives gave me completely contradictory solutions for -- after i explained to the last person i spoke to that what he was saying was contradictory to what his colleague had told me he got angry at me and began yelling on the phone. after a stressful and useless morning wasted, i managed to solve the problem by myself. pretty shocking and cannot recommend

I'm that person too, that will immediately doubt these 5 stars.. but this is why you did not get a solution from customer support/or get the software to work.I've seen negative everywhere for the part of customer service/support/warranty. I had the opposite - Probably the most professional help in my case.So for new products, you are covered under the limited warranty if your description fits a common problem in the new design of the product. Accidental damage or treating your device with no care automatically raises flags. You will get denied.To that guy that got the 'return to shipper' notice, it is because you have not registered with FedEX for home delivery/notifications. They only give you that 'status' after 3 failed delivery attempts. If they attempted at the wrong address, it is on you. You did not follow instructions --- it was the first instruction that logi support told you before shipping. Instead of venting, people should be more proactive.To the software complainers, I'm assuming also a Windows user, check your firewall security (Windows Security) in-out-settings for the app. If on a private network, make sure those settings are applied there. That means, you have to also check your wifi/network config. and whether it is still under the default public status ( should not be )..... Logitech provides good troubleshooting on their site, this is one thing they have not mentioned, but it is the ultimate solution. hope it helps someone.
