Horrible service/Theft

Horrible service. I purchased a game that was faulty and not working since time of purchase. As per their refund policy you can get refunded within 24hrs of purchase. I asked for a refund within that time frame and the agent refused because “there was a bug and it’s getting fixed” it was never fixed of course and now they still refuse to refund because it’s been passed the 24hrs even though I reached out in proper timing. Hopefully sims 4 gets away from them and creates there own customer service because dealing with these people has been nothing but hell. Apparently they can’t escalate anything to supervisors or managers, they have “no such option”

Terrible customer service and do not resolve issues

Ok if everything goes ok but if there is an issue it shows how terrible the customer service is. Twice I have received a completely smashed / broken product. One got lost in the post on return and the other they said not to return. For both items I was assured in writing several times I would not get charged but I was charged. Then they refunded me less than what I had paid, when I asked about this they ended the call. Had a different issue with another order and the email responses are automated or the English so bad you can’t understand it and they have not resolved any of the issues I have had, instead actually made them worse. I have asked about the complaints process and they do not have one! I am no longer using Amazon as am so disappointed with the service I have received and have absolutely no confidence in them if something were to go wrong with an order in future! Do not recommend, stay away! I have mentioned this to lots of people and it appears they have had similar experiences, Amazon are starting to get a very bad reputation so this should be taken very seriously by them as people are taking their business elsewhere!

Comical Ali would be right at home here (We have the Americans on the run. We will drive them into the sea).Even more amusing, this channel loudly accuses the BBC of Pro-Western bias. Haven’t these jokers watched the BBC? The BBC is the broadcast wing of Hamas, anti-Israeli from start to finish (anti-Jew, for that matter, which isn’t the same thing, but try telling that to these clowns).I think branching out into comedy at a time like this is in very poor taste.Comical Ali at least had an excuse. He wasn’t claiming to be a journalist, he really was a propaganda officer.Finally, Al Jazeera and the Western Media all have one vital thing in common: They are ALL absolutely loving this. Wake up you dolts. Iran is pulling your strings.

Adidas points a scam

Adidas web site says that when you checkout and enter payment options, you will see the option for using your points. This is not true. I saw two promo options, and one of them sounded like it was discounting the order based on the points I had, so I selected this option and paid. After getting the order receipt, it was obvious that my points were not used. So I immediately called , but had to wait an hour and ten minutes for them to open. Chat was also closed. When they opened, they told me that I could not cancel unless it is within 15 minutes. I explained what happened, they didn’t care, so I asked for a manager. They said no. I believe that the Adidas point system is a marketing scam. It is not obvious how to use the points when paying, and I’m really frustrated that you can not speak to a manager to resolve issues. This is not a business that I would choose to do business with

Unsolved bug

There’s a persistent bug that keeps prompting users to reset their Adobe passwords, and it’s been ongoing for months. I find this extremely unprofessional—especially considering how expensive the service is.I just called the helpdesk and encountered the usual passive-aggressive and unhelpful attitude. The representative tried to shift the blame onto my account, despite the fact that agents are fully aware this is a known, unresolved bug. To buy time, she attempted to transfer me to a so-called “special department,” which felt even more insulting.Adobe—given how much you charge your customers, just fix the bug. Enough is enough.

4 weeks later no item and no customer service. Unrelated to Brexit!

Ordered replacement parts and some missing pieces from some kits before Brexit. They still have not been despatched. The order number gives an error on their website. You cannot contact customer services by phone and the web chat is disabled. I enquiring where my parts were by email 10 days ago and no reply.and an update.after posting this review I received thisThanks for getting in touch with us.I'm sorry for the late response. Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. We reserved a hotel room, but when we arrived, the hotel staff told us they didn’t have our reservation or any room available because all the rooms were full. The night before, I asked their representative twice to double-check, and each time they assured me everything was confirmed. When we arrived, the hotel contacted their reservation team and Agoda and what happened Agoda didn't send them the reservation. Agoda also informed them that to resolve the situation we needed to contact Agoda directly. After multiple attempts to reach Agoda and being hung up on, we received a message along these lines: “Sorry, all rooms are full. Option 1: we can issue a refund and give a few dollars of Agoda credits that expire. Option 2: we can find you an alternative place.” We ended up spending three hours in the lobby instead of enjoying our holiday because of Agoda’s fault and negligence, and they didn't want to take responsibility for it or compensate us. I can’t imagine what alternative place Agoda would have chosen since there seemed to be no cooperation, so we ended up booking a new place ourselves through Booking.

Never use this app to send money. No buyer protection, no scam reporting feature. I'm baffled that PayPal even puts their name on it. I've been scammed out of cash and they could care less. Avoid venmo like the plauge.

I had received an email yesterday notifying me that Domain Protection had been turned off for two of my domains; this was alarming as I did not authorize this. Went in to undo this and I had trouble seeing if any change actually took place on my end. Got onto the chats to ask someone to verify if the changes took place and my assigned representative Ankitha was ON IT. Ankitha did confirm things on their end the changes took place, dispelling any concerns I had. Thank you for bringing me more peace of mind Ankitha!
