Ok if everything goes ok but if there is an issue it shows how terrible the customer service is. Twice I have received a completely smashed / broken product. One got lost in the post on return and the other they said not to return. For both items I was assured in writing several times I would not get charged but I was charged. Then they refunded me less than what I had paid, when I asked about this they ended the call. Had a different issue with another order and the email responses are automated or the English so bad you can’t understand it and they have not resolved any of the issues I have had, instead actually made them worse. I have asked about the complaints process and they do not have one! I am no longer using Amazon as am so disappointed with the service I have received and have absolutely no confidence in them if something were to go wrong with an order in future! Do not recommend, stay away! I have mentioned this to lots of people and it appears they have had similar experiences, Amazon are starting to get a very bad reputation so this should be taken very seriously by them as people are taking their business elsewhere!
