I had received an email yesterday notifying me that Domain Protection had been turned off for two of my domains; this was alarming as I did not authorize this. Went in to undo this and I had trouble seeing if any change actually took place on my end. Got onto the chats to ask someone to verify if the changes took place and my assigned representative Ankitha was ON IT. Ankitha did confirm things on their end the changes took place, dispelling any concerns I had. Thank you for bringing me more peace of mind Ankitha!
