Review of wayfair
Bought a vanity from Wayfair when I received it It was all busted up, called Wayfair to see what they could do for me and was told after sending pictures it was in such bad condition that they don’t want it back and for me to rent a truck or call a company to have it removed at my cost. I said are serious At my cost!!!! And they won’t give me a discount on the replacement vanity even though I have a plumber to hook it up here today that cost me money and the inconvenience, but have to wait two weeks to receive a new one. I told them just to cancel the whole order and the supervisor told me she canceled the order and that a refund will be issued. Call back after seven hours later to make sure that they issued me a refund and was told oh now we want the vanity back after I already dumped it in a dumpster as was told to do by there supervisor (yes this is real no lies) and the new supervisor told me there is a possibility I won’t get a refund because I already dumped it (this is 7 hours after the first supervisor told me to rent a truck and dumped it and supervisor said come on you really dumped it already (felt like she called me a liarI have talk to 6 representatives 4 supervisor and no one is able to help me and if you try to talk to someone higher, they’ll tell you that’s not possible the higher up don’t take phone callsWayfair is by far has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with ( and I’m 60 years old) . I’m telling you DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANYThere lack of customers service and there ability to help is non-existing

Review of paypal
WARNING DO NOT OPEN A ACCOUNT WITH THEM. I have been a customer for over 30 years. Paypal has changed over the last few years to the bottom of the barrel regarding customer service. I called Paypal because they said I owe them money. A lady tells me I am in collections. To find out that none of this is true! Then she blamed it on my American Express Credit card. When I ask this customer service person a question. She doesn't answer the question. She goes off on a different tangent! Then she tells me her manager or some else will call in the next week regarding the matter. What? I am 74 years old and I don't have my phone attached to me. I am not a teenager! So the next thing that will happen is Paypal may call me in the next week & I will miss the call. Then they will tell me they called but I didn't answer! I do NOT recommend Paypal at all! They are not the company they one were. They no longer have representatives that answer your question! THEY ARE NO HELP AT ALL! POOR BUSINESS! DO NOT OPEN A ACCOUNT WITH THEM!

Review of discogs
I'm really upset about the whole complaints process and the ridiculously slow response time from the discogs feedback review team. The site is full of sellers who either have no clue about, or are deliberately flouting, the goldmine standard grading system. Postage can sometimes be the most costly part of buying a record, and when a vinyl is not as described the buyer is always out of pocket. The whole system is rigged in favour of the seller because if the buyer complains, the likelihood is that he will receive negative feedback. There's a reason why other established sites such as eBay do not allow sellers to leave negative feedback, and this is it. A lot of sellers will only sell records to buyers who have a 100% positive feedback rating so this further reinforces the threat of not complaining. I've recently had a seller send out a well used and scratched record described as near mint and "amazing condition". The record was only 2 pounds, but the postage on it was a further 6, so I'm out of pocket 8 pounds and was also left negative feedback for the privilege despite telling the seller to keep the money. The seller was rude and confusing, and went from being nice to angry very quickly. He tried every trick in the book including trying to claim I turned down a full refund which he'd already rescinded before I had chance to respond. Later he even tried to accuse me of harassing him for asking him to remove the ridiculously unfair negative feedback. This is precisely the main problem with discogs. Buyers shouldn't be open to negative feedback abuse and if a record is grossly overgraded the buyer should receive his postage back. It's a fantastic business model that discogs are running here where they accept none of the liability and take all of the profits. Something else I'd like to know is, why are we charged import duty on records from abroad when this should be free under 130 pounds. There's something highly irregular about this and it's virtually killed buying records abroad. Where does this money go? It would seem it goes to the seller but the seller doesn't pay duty on it so I just don't get it. The point is if I were to buy any other goods from, say, Germany, and it comes to a value less than £130 then I don't pay duty on it, and neither does the seller, so why am I paying 20% on top for a 15 pound record? The way this site works desperately needs overhauling, so that users get a fairer deal, both buying and selling.UPDATEDiscogs finally decided to review the negative feedback after I left this review on trustpilot and, what a shocker, upheld in favour of the seller despite him flouting the grading system and being rude and aggressive throughout. This is the kind of treatment you should expect if you decide to buy on discogs. They simply do not care about buyers and take absolutely no responsibility for anything that happens on their own platform. I've been abused and ripped off multiple times over the years and there is zero comeback. They are conspicuous by their silence over this review. They replied to a previous review around the same time, so they've definitely read it. I'd like to know what discogs have to say about forcing buyers to pay VAT payments automatically despite being well below the chargeable threshold?Pffft. I'm even more disgruntled over this than I was before. It's a total disgrace that rude and aggressive rip-off merchants are allowed to peddle on here and get away with sullying the good name of genuine and honest people. I will now be barred from buying from certain sellers through absolutely no fault of my own. It seems to me that they are simply protecting their profits by allowing sellers to send out hugely overgraded records and talk to their customers like dirt simply because they've had the audacity to complain.Perhaps discogs might actually take the time to reply because at the moment their silence is deafening.EDIT 2Discogs read my review and complained about me naming the offending seller but still haven't replied. Sellers name has been removed under duress, but I don't see why they should be protected. So basically they get away with ripping me off, talking to me like dirt, leaving me negative feedback, and having nothing to answer to whilst leaving me out of pocket for a worthless scratched record.Well done Discogs!FINAL UPDATEAfter receiving a reply from discogs, I still do not understand why they are collecting tax on records of such a low value, but if this is by law then I can accept it.Regarding retaliatory feedback. I'm well aware that this is against the rules and by stating this, should I have left them feedback first? I was trying to be decent by not sullying the sellers name despite their attitude and poor grading, and they responded by leaving a negative which is totally unjustified. It should be removed.

Review of ancestry
I was excited to learn about my ancestry, but this service left me thoroughly disappointed.Firstly, there’s no nuanced breakdown of ethnic groups, especially for those living in Russia. If you live in Russia, you’re simply categorized as “Russian” without any further distinction.I also discovered that my Ukrainian roots are not accurately pinpointed. The map just shows one enormous area stretching from the Czech Republic to Bulgaria, which hardly captures the specific nuances of my heritage.Additionally, some of the traits they analyze are just bizarre. For example, knowing the probability of being able to twist your tongue isn’t nearly as useful as insights into health predispositions like obesity, diabetes, or cancer.Lastly, the migration paths provided for my ancestors are extremely vague—just broad, generic directions that fail to tell the real story of where my family came from.Overall, I expected a more detailed and personalized genetic exploration, and unfortunately, this service falls short of delivering meaningful insights.
Review of scribd
Why isn’t the support team replying to me? I cancelled my free trial months ago, yet for some reason it started monthly payments again? I need a refund immediately for this month’s subscription. I don’t even use this site anymore. Very annoyed and unhappy.

Review of Microsoft
What an absolute joke of a setup microsoft has these days. Impossible to get someone to talk to, when you do get a human to talk to on chat, they offer to send you a phone number for sales and that goes to an AI virtual assistant, and then hangs up on you after sending a link. Absolutely ridiculous

Just to say that I had a booking problem on line for a room booked via a third party for Hampton by Hilton Bristol Airport and was assisted by a lady called Jasmine Martin. She was absolutely brilliant and as helpful as it was possible to be. First class service from her and huge thanks.
Review of garmin
My Garmin RV 770 failed in just 9 months. Called Garmin for a remedy..spoke to "Roger Jackson" whose Indian accent was so strong I could barely understand him, ended up telling me the operating system had failed, needed to install new one with "insurance" costing up to $199. Absolutely disturbing. The company I bought the GRS was entirely different, very friendly and helpful. I've owned several Garmin GPS units..this will be my last

Review of duolingo
I greatly dislike this update. I had previously used Duolingo about 20-30 min per day and liked being able to really dig in and practice concepts while also skipping back and forth. There is no room for learner choice in this new interface and I’ve found it to be much less enjoyable.
