Adidas web site says that when you checkout and enter payment options, you will see the option for using your points. This is not true. I saw two promo options, and one of them sounded like it was discounting the order based on the points I had, so I selected this option and paid. After getting the order receipt, it was obvious that my points were not used. So I immediately called , but had to wait an hour and ten minutes for them to open. Chat was also closed. When they opened, they told me that I could not cancel unless it is within 15 minutes. I explained what happened, they didn’t care, so I asked for a manager. They said no. I believe that the Adidas point system is a marketing scam. It is not obvious how to use the points when paying, and I’m really frustrated that you can not speak to a manager to resolve issues. This is not a business that I would choose to do business with
