Horrible service. I purchased a game that was faulty and not working since time of purchase. As per their refund policy you can get refunded within 24hrs of purchase. I asked for a refund within that time frame and the agent refused because “there was a bug and it’s getting fixed” it was never fixed of course and now they still refuse to refund because it’s been passed the 24hrs even though I reached out in proper timing. Hopefully sims 4 gets away from them and creates there own customer service because dealing with these people has been nothing but hell. Apparently they can’t escalate anything to supervisors or managers, they have “no such option”
