If I could rate it less than 1 star I would. I sold a pair of Chanel sunglasses on the platform and the buyer received them and was happy with them. Depop then suspended my account unannounced and they have been ignoring me now for weeks. I am not receiving any responses to my emails, I’ve DM’d them on Instagram and also left comments on their posts. They are withholding roughly £180 from me and will not release my funds. I have no way of getting through to a human and I’m getting more and more frustrated as essentially they have stolen my money.

Terrible

Terrible. The left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing. I had a notice on my orders page that delivery of my order was cancelled and a refund would be made in 3-5 days. I called customer service and was told they couldn’t send a replacement until they received the product back from the courier. The agent then said the package is still in Calgary warehouse, 6 hours from here and he doesn’t know if it can be delivered. Nor will they send a replacement until the item is returned as the packaging was damaged. But they still had the item! I was getting nowhere with the agent so after over an hour of back and forth, I finally had to give up as all I was getting were scripted answers. So I called the courier company (Purolator) who gave me the TRUTH, the package was NOT damaged, it had in fact been mislabeled without a return address and was returned to Amazon for proper labelling. The information I had on my order page apparently won’t show on the shipper page until end of day. Why is there such a disconnect between order depart, shipping and customer service that the customer knows more about status the Amazon does? This is about Amazon.caUnfortunately I can’t post a screenshot of what Amazon stated re my order cancellation.

Was sold a fake product on Amazon

Was sold a fake product on Amazon, spent 2 months talking with 6 different agents (2 of them being supervisors) that are quick to offer solutions that require you to hang up. The issue is never resolved and the next agent you speak with will ask you to re-explain the whole issue.$350 on fake sheets and hours on the phone later, still no refund received but lots of promises from Amazon that it will be fixed.Cancelled my Amazon Prime, never shopping at this scam site again.

I can’t believe how bad Pinterest are. They have just deleted a board I had where I have saved pictures of FEET. They had foot jewellery and tattoos on a lot. They said feet counted as sexually pervasive and broke their rules - really? There’s something seriously wrong with theses

Don’t sign up. It’s a scam.

Signed up for a free trial and then had to go through to a support inbox to cancel. Cancelling so so so difficult. I continued to bill for months after I requested to cancel, with no refund, just a too bad so sad attitude.Save yourself some money and sign up to buffer instead. This platform with straight out rip you off. Buffer can do the same thing for free. You can find alll the images you need on free sites like pixabay and pexels and unsplash.

I canceled my free trial in advance and they still opted to charge my card. I then tried to cancel my subscription again and they still continued to charge my card. They ended up trying to charge me 8 times!The only way I stopped this was by deleting my account except they also made that difficult. They made the "downgrade to free" button incredibly small and tried to hide it. It took me minutes to find the button.They replaced customer support with a useless AI chatbot. Disgusting service.

No longer valid or relevant for much of anything AND the hyped "Yelp Guarantee" is merely click-bait.I hired a "Yelp Pro" who failed at the job. Yelp is doing everything possible to avoid the payment of just $300. And, when you read the T&C's, "IF" I get a refund, it is reportable as INCOME to the IRS!!! - AND, Yelp claims they can demand an I-9 from me first. So, I would have to pay taxes on the money I spent - twice.But, on to other major complaints. Yelp continues to promote "sponsored" (i.e. paid to advertise) business above on any search. Then, their algorithm decides what you see in the ranking, not based on something simple like number of reviews and star rating, OH NO! The last dozen restaurants I went to were not even close in quality or price rating. Every one of the business owners also complained. DO NOT USE YELP. I do not have a great alternative, though TripAdvisor may be useful.

I’ve had the Xbox one for about two years. I just recently started having issues with the system glitching. After following their advice I did a system reset which wiped all my games and information out of the systems. After finding out that was not fixing the problem they told me my warranty was expired..... so I will have to pay 150 to have them fix a problem within their own system.... this does not seem fair. I spend a considerable amount of money on this system on games and I purchase movies. I have been a gold member since they started this live stuff and I have been an Xbox owner for 16 years, and I’ve never ran into a problem where they have made me pay for their system failing. I have light bulbs that last longer than 2 years!!! And for the price of the system, games, movies and yearly fee they can’t fix their own piece of garbage? I am done with Xbox and I think they will be losing more customers to PlayStation 4 because of this bad business. After this they have lost me as a long time customer and future customer through my children thanks!

My daughter booked us a uber for 5.30 as we were going to the airport. We don't have the uber app . We stood outside our property from 5.15 till 5.55 no uber turned up . We live on a new estate. To get to our property you can only come in and out one way and that's where we stood. Eventually we had to phone a local taxi firm otherwise we would have missed our flight. My daughter checked her app and they said the driver had arrived. My argument is the driver might well have arrived on our estate but he definitely didn't arrived at our property. It made for an expensive and stressful start to our holiday. We will definitely not us this service again.

Buy cheap, Buy twice. You’ll never get a refund

Between TEMU and EVRI I’m never getting this refund. I sorted a return label for 10 items and dropped it off at the EVRI drop point on May 3rd. I’ve already left a review for EVRI, but TEMU haven’t been much better. Both are telling me the parcel is on its way, I know it’s not at the location anymore and I have no confirmation of collection either; so where is it!? TEMU customer service haven’t shed any light on my situation and if anything added to my frustration. Zero accountability, emotional intelligence or empathy what so ever. It’s been 3 weeks! TEMU said it’s not at the warehouse yet, but it’s been dropped off…I know that, I DROPPED IT OFF! The parcel is probably lost or stolen, that’s the only other avenues surely. I’ve been advised to go BACK to TEMU tomorrow for an update. All I want, is confirmation the parcel is going to be reviewed and refunds issued, or told it’s lost (by TEMU or EVRI) so I can try claim through my credit card provider. It’s an absolute shambles of a service by TEMU and their delivery partner EVRI. I want my refund, and thereafter will no long be using, or recommending TEMU ever again. Such a shame. *** TEMU, please reply with a better response than the ones I’ve seen on here, ie, sending me to the return/refund pages or speak to a live chat person. Prove your a person actually looking and caring about customers***

Better than dropbox

I was considering to use dropbox to sync my files between my macs but dropbox doesnt recognise changes in my image library (im using eagle to store images) so changes are often not updated. Mega's syncing worked perfectly and I'm on it ever since. Their support is also very prompt - i got a reply in under 5 mins. Overall very satisfied with their services

After previous orders went well (7 pcs) I ordered 2 more large size with 2" matting on top and 1/2" matting on bottom. Order arrived incorrectly. Still in conversation as they say it is my fault and I need to re-order and pay another $1100.00 or I can use a hammer to destroy items, show proof and they will replace. I have my order to prove and still being denied. I paid via paypal so have filed a claim with them. This will be my last order. Having proof and still being told I am wrong is unacceptable. Horrific way to do business. I have taken the print to have new matting only to learn - it was all glued together - The print is glued to the matting, totally destroying the authenticity! $1100 for ??? They keep non updated themes online and…

They keep non updated themes online and delete reviews that are older than 6 months so you really dont know that theme is abadonded. Good example for this is bimber theme which is abadonded for more than one year and you are still able to purchase it. But theme has no support, no updates it is pure scam. When you leave review they will delete it becasue it is older than 6 months. But who will buy theme and find immediately that it is abadonded? No one. Envato policies are anti consumer.
