No longer valid or relevant for much of anything AND the hyped "Yelp Guarantee" is merely click-bait.I hired a "Yelp Pro" who failed at the job. Yelp is doing everything possible to avoid the payment of just $300. And, when you read the T&C's, "IF" I get a refund, it is reportable as INCOME to the IRS!!! - AND, Yelp claims they can demand an I-9 from me first. So, I would have to pay taxes on the money I spent - twice. But, on to other major complaints. Yelp continues to promote "sponsored" (i.e. paid to advertise) business above on any search. Then, their algorithm decides what you see in the ranking, not based on something simple like number of reviews and star rating, OH NO! The last dozen restaurants I went to were not even close in quality or price rating. Every one of the business owners also complained. DO NOT USE YELP. I do not have a great alternative, though TripAdvisor may be useful.
