It was nice for my 9 years old son to play and learn from this place until they closed our account. We send the appeal to ask the reason why they closed the account, but they just simply said we get outside assistance. We are so sure we did not, but they said that we probably did not notice we did break the rule, and they would be happy working with us for the account if we admit we did. So I ask them to identify which part we did wrong because this is not about the account, we would like to learn a lesson for the future. But the director of support refused to say the details. His reason is that is according to the non-disclosure policy. I doubt about it because I did not sign an agreement like that when we signed up the account, I ask him to send the link of non-disclosure policy we could learn. he declined. I checked online from chess.com, I did not find non-disclosure policy, but I do see the fairly play, I asked him to highlight those we had a problem, but he ignored our requests and told us that we could move to other chess sites, and then never responded my email. We were so frustrated with this kind of support from chess.com. I need a follow up with this issue, not just because I paid 99$ for Diamond Membership, but also about we need to be clear what I have done inappropriately, and we could learn a lesson in the future.

**As an update to this. I was forced to contact my bank and ask for a chargeback as this useless mob never responded.**Bought a simple Nokia 105 single sim mobile, online from Nokia, for my wife as a backup for emergencies. When it arrived, it didn't work properly - there was no ringtone. I contacted them via their chat service, which on the surface, looks good as it is answered quickly. After an hour of changing setting, resetting and carrying out a full factory reset, it still didn't work properly. i the told them that I wished a full refund as it was faulty and I only had it for a matter of days. They agreed and said it would be refunded to my card within 5/7 working days. They even said I didn't have to return the faulty phone. That hasn't happened and I have been in touch with them now on nine occasionsvia the chat and their support email address. Each time I get fobbed off with a story that it is being escalated and will be dealt with soon. It's utter b*llshit and they are professional liars. Whatever you do, keep away from them. They are a bunch of shysters.

Their team demonstrated little understanding of the program, failed to clarify the advertisement, and couldn’t provide documentation to justify their claims. Even escalating the issue to the CEO’s office resulted in no resolution or accountability.This is no longer just about a discount. It’s about stopping companies like Samsung from misleading and dismissing their customers. NSW Fair Trading, unfortunately, acted merely as a messenger, failing to hold Samsung accountable. With no signs of improvement, Samsung seems poised to break its own record of complaints in 2024.I plan to escalate this to the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT)—not for personal gain, but to stand up for fairness and transparency. If you’ve faced similar issues related to misleading claims, I encourage you to join me. A joint application strengthens our case, shares costs, and sends a strong message that Australian consumers will no longer tolerate such treatment.Even giving Samsung a score of 1 feels overly generous, but unfortunately, there’s no option for zero. DO NOT ORDER FROM SAMSUNG.COM and take any trade in promotions for phones. My S21 Ultra was fully reset and prefect condition. They reject them for no reason to get out of the trade. You are given 15 days to get them your trade in. They then have 21 business days to get you results. In my case they took 50 business days and told me in was locked. This was untrue, as my local carrier reset everything back to factory when activating new phone. My results came so late, you can't even return the phone that was ordered. I plan to dispute charges back to my credit card and show documentation I have with order placed, the trade in received by them and then their response 50 business days later. I also have my local carrier providing email stating was factory reset. JUST GOOGLE SAMSUNG TRADE IN. Many people are complaining they don't honor their offers.

Avoid it whenever you can!! Don't fall into any promotions. Good luck getting your money back if you want your orders cancelled - or, when they cancel your orders, which happen A LOT. They will pay you back in gift cards to force you shop more. Promote codes they give you as compensation never work either.

I've seen a lot of crappy customer service but IKEA is the worst. Had a pickup delivery with a 2h window, the diver arrived 30 minutes late and took another 15 minutes to hand out the orders. A ceramic plant pot that I ordered was damaged and he kept it and told me to get in touch with customer service instead of just initiating a refund automatically. The order doesn't even show up in my online profile, there is no contact email, chat doesn't work, on the Messenger chat nobody is answering, hotline is 30+ minutes wait time. There is literally no way to get in touch with support at all. Hard to believe how deep they've sunk. Don't order from IKEA!

Do not rely on Paypal for secure transactions. They are clearly on the side of scammers. I just lost money because I fell for a scam and Paypal denied the case in the seller's favor. I received no support from them and wasn't given any explanation as to why they denied it. STAY AWAY FROM PAYPAL if you do not wish to lose money like I did.
