I canceled my free trial in advance and they still opted to charge my card. I then tried to cancel my subscription again and they still continued to charge my card. They ended up trying to charge me 8 times!The only way I stopped this was by deleting my account except they also made that difficult. They made the "downgrade to free" button incredibly small and tried to hide it. It took me minutes to find the button.They replaced customer support with a useless AI chatbot. Disgusting service.
