“New” shoes ?

Ordered a pair of shoes from DSW at a really great price. (So I thought). When I received these shoes, the box was wrapped in plastic. Well as I removed the box from the plastic bag, I thought how odd there was no lid on this box. Upon further inspection, I noticed there were no tags on these “new” shoes. Well to my surprise, as I inspected these “new” shoes, I noticed on the bottom of both shoes, ground in dirt. These “new” shoes were not “new” and had been previously worn. What a joke! Hell they didn’t even bother cleaning them off to give the appearance of new shoes. I shipped them back the following day. I just received an email stating that they would be issuing me a refund. I guess that I wasn’t surprised when I noticed the refund was $9 less than what I had paid. The nerve of these people.Sent me used shoes and charged me $9 for returning them. Learned my lesson. And these people are still in business?!

Shocking ...

I was shocked when I discovered this review platform. But pleasantly shocked. I knew a majority of Brits had little time for the BBC, but goodness me - 93%!!!!!I agree with them entirely. The BBC has turned into an unacceptable organisation that should be ashamed of using the title "British". They are just no longer represetative of the British population on so many levels - (the figures speak for themselves). But I'm sorry folks, if you think that the BBC are going to sort themselves out, or that the government are going to do it for them, then think again. The only way that anything will happen is if we ALL stop paying their tax. And the pensioners should be some of the first in the queue to sign on to this.

Very bad customer care

Very bad customer care, they don't have courtsey and they behave very rude. Placed an order and it was cancelled by delivery agent without attempting to delivery. We waited in the home but received item got cancelled.This looks like they are not having proper third party delivery agents or they are becoming untrustful.I am going to stop further orders in Flipkart

Awful customer service and UI

Awful customer service and UITook me 6 hours trying to change my flight date. Tried to rip me off by asking me 9 times the amount of a local flight if I were to buy a new ticket. When I contacted the airline it only a quarter of what they asked me. Kept on saying it was the “Airline’s policy” when that is supposed to be built in their app like Trip.com and the AirAsia app

Totally useless. Stay away. after verification of your credit card upon booking, you will receive an email on the payment date saying your card is declined when in fact it's not! they never attempt the payment and if you dont realise within 24 hours your booking is cancelled.

Do NOT buy Ebooks from telegraph.co.uk

A warning for anyone thinking about buying ebooks from the telegraph.co.uk website.Today I ordered PDF versions of 3 x Osprey titles. The order pages specifically stated that I was buying PDFs, the prices were good so I went ahead.After I paid I received an order confirmation email with download links. When I clicked on the first link it did not download the PDF as I expected, but instead an “.acsm” file. I had no idea what this file type is until I waded through the ebook faqs. It transpires that in order to access any ebooks (PDF or Epub) you first have to create an Adobe ID, then use the “.acsm” file to download the actual pdf that you’ve bought. There are further restrictions: you have to set up this unnecessary Adobe ID on every device that that you want to read the download file on, and you are restricted to the number of devices that you can use.To add insult to injury there is nowhere on the order page that explains this. You only find out by sifting through the faqs. This information should be displayed prominently on the order page so that customer understand BEFORE they buy.As soon as I discovered this I immediately contacted telegraph.co.uk informing them that I have no intention of creating an account with a 3rd party just so that I can read ebooks that I’ve paid for. I told them that I want the order cancelled and that I want an immediate refund. Let’s see how long it takes to get my money back!

Dropbox INITIATED A LOSS of my files…

Dropbox INITIATED A LOSS of my files which took days to find and more days to figure out where to store them. Tried contacting them and their customer service is pretty much non-existent. One REALLY has to be committed to get in touch with a human being. Once in touch there is little they can do and in my case / bad timing, while I was trying to fix my storage issue they charged me, and will not refund me - their ‘policy’. Maybe they should consider helping their customers as #1 policy.

AVG Operatives deleting client info

I don't like that the AVG Customer support just deletes stuff on your computer without giving you enough time to save it before they just tell you to delete it. I've lost pages that I've saved and voice recordings that I had on my computer. All I get it "Oh, I'm so sorry about that."when in actuality, they don't care and that's the problem. What they need to do is ask if there is any data that the person wishes to save BEFORE they go on with their job. Caring not only about the computer issue but also about the client's saved information would go a long way. By the way, this sort of thing has happened to me at least three times!!!! Now, when I ask for help, I am very clear that I DO NOT WANT TO DELETE ANYTHING!! It's sad that I even have to do this.

have been threaten for my negative review.My case has been taken by Mendelsons Solicitors more than 2 years and still no progress. Been asked the same details and documents for a few times. My case worker get changed more often. Not happy at all. Tried to withdraw my case but they asked me to pay around £9500 for the work they have done 🙄 so I am stuck with them for ever. Please be aware and choose your solicitors wisely. 'Mendelsons Solicitors (owner) 3 weeks ago We do not believe this is a genuine review or Mendelsons customer as we can't identify any client by that name nor have we had any complaint of this nature. If there is such a client we would have expected them to put any concerns directly to us as we take all complaints very seriously. Steven Mendelson'I AM A GENUINE CLIENT AS I RECEIVED A FEW THREATENING MESSAGES TO REMOVE MY REVIEW OTHERWISE THEY WILL TAKE THE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ME. I HAVE SAVED ALL THE MESSAGES AS A PROOF. STILL NO SIGN OF ANY ACTION AFTER ALMOST 2 YEARS AND SENDING ALL THE DOCUMENTS AGAIN AND AGAIN.

Facebook is a disgrace.

Facebook is essentially promoting and allowing criminal activity to happen on the platform. Users are bombarded with scam accounts, people wanting to sell you counterfeit money or goods and more recently, sexual services. This has been reported over 100 times via Facebook and emailing with no response and the activity is getting worse with 1 in 3 posts on my timeline being one of the above. It really is concerning that nothing has been done about this by either Facebook or from a criminal angle, the police. The fraud dept have been advised but they’re not interested because I’ve not specifically been a victim of any scam….astonishing.I’ve blocked every account that are appearing and promoting these issues yet they still keep appearing from exactly the same account or a slightly different variation of the previous one.Something has to be done about this because I honestly believe, people are losing money to these scam accounts and it’s totally unacceptable.Zuckerberg needs to hang his head in shame. He is as much as a criminal as the people behind these accounts.Borderline blood money now.
