AVG Operatives deleting client info

I don't like that the AVG Customer support just deletes stuff on your computer without giving you enough time to save it before they just tell you to delete it. I've lost pages that I've saved and voice recordings that I had on my computer. All I get it "Oh, I'm so sorry about that."when in actuality, they don't care and that's the problem. What they need to do is ask if there is any data that the person wishes to save BEFORE they go on with their job. Caring not only about the computer issue but also about the client's saved information would go a long way. By the way, this sort of thing has happened to me at least three times!!!! Now, when I ask for help, I am very clear that I DO NOT WANT TO DELETE ANYTHING!! It's sad that I even have to do this.
