Petsnart grooming in Walnut. Stylist named Ness.If you want you dog trimmed and styled, DO NOT use this women.Told her I wanted my boy trimned not shaved.She rubbed his neck and found a small knotted area. Said he would have to be shaved with the shortest blade they have. I brushed him well before I came and missed this one. I told her to hand me a pair of scissors and I will take care of it. She replied tgat if I wanted to take him home and do that, reschedule my spot, that would be fine.As I drove all the way from dwtn I grudgingly left my boy to be shaved. Never will I come to a Petsnart again. I don’t want my boy shaved and I get it’s a lot easier for her to just shave dogs than you do her job.And it’s not like they are inexpensive. I can have him shaved locally for $40 Cetus the $68 I am paying this liser

I (also) have had the misfortune to have auto coverage by 'AARP - The Hartford'. Customer service non-existent online and put on your hunting boots to search for more by phone. For (years) I have had problems utilizing anything on their website as they constantly promise they will improve (not). Unfortunately they are not the only big business that guidelines their resources to 'TAKE PAYMENT' (not) give particular aid to customers. They prefer you do (not) bother them w/your petty problems (unless it concerns 'payment') much as the medical industry functions. I had asked if they only allowed certain search engines, etc., that might be one of the problems and was told 'no'. Finally (I) researched and found that yes indeed they do only allow (you guessed it) Google. I use Firefox as default since it appears to be the most secure. Can (not) use it here (Edge not stellar either). As soon as I put the right configuration together and used Chrome my account page lit up (but still a crappy website). They did (not) even have the base intelligence or decency to clue me to (that). The medical regime clinic I must utilize does (and says) the same. Mind-bending how everything is about control now...... Amazing how insurance companies can fail so badly especially when they receive some of the highest profit margins among big business' (like medical) that (could) be put to some good use like making things easier for their customers (and patients) or pay off claims and use protocol w/more expediency. I implore all who are subjected to feel the pain of business incompetency and neglect to make a quick online report to your Attorney General's Office and Consumer Protection Agency, etc. when your feeling the burn. Does not really take that much time and only if they get (enough) complaints will they lean in their direction. So, we all count if a difference is what we are after. If you are still stinging a 'quick email' to your congressional representative 'wouldn't hoit'. Voting to (improve) the local and federal gov (and) the U.S. economy might be worth your time, too. Got to start somewhere.'Take Charge'. It's your right.
