Awful customer service and UI

Awful customer service and UITook me 6 hours trying to change my flight date. Tried to rip me off by asking me 9 times the amount of a local flight if I were to buy a new ticket. When I contacted the airline it only a quarter of what they asked me. Kept on saying it was the “Airline’s policy” when that is supposed to be built in their app like Trip.com and the AirAsia app
