have been threaten for my negative review.My case has been taken by Mendelsons Solicitors more than 2 years and still no progress. Been asked the same details and documents for a few times. My case worker get changed more often. Not happy at all. Tried to withdraw my case but they asked me to pay around £9500 for the work they have done 🙄 so I am stuck with them for ever. Please be aware and choose your solicitors wisely. 'Mendelsons Solicitors (owner) 3 weeks ago We do not believe this is a genuine review or Mendelsons customer as we can't identify any client by that name nor have we had any complaint of this nature. If there is such a client we would have expected them to put any concerns directly to us as we take all complaints very seriously. Steven Mendelson'I AM A GENUINE CLIENT AS I RECEIVED A FEW THREATENING MESSAGES TO REMOVE MY REVIEW OTHERWISE THEY WILL TAKE THE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ME. I HAVE SAVED ALL THE MESSAGES AS A PROOF. STILL NO SIGN OF ANY ACTION AFTER ALMOST 2 YEARS AND SENDING ALL THE DOCUMENTS AGAIN AND AGAIN.

Review of facebook

Facebook is a disgrace.

Facebook is essentially promoting and allowing criminal activity to happen on the platform. Users are bombarded with scam accounts, people wanting to sell you counterfeit money or goods and more recently, sexual services. This has been reported over 100 times via Facebook and emailing with no response and the activity is getting worse with 1 in 3 posts on my timeline being one of the above. It really is concerning that nothing has been done about this by either Facebook or from a criminal angle, the police. The fraud dept have been advised but they’re not interested because I’ve not specifically been a victim of any scam….astonishing.I’ve blocked every account that are appearing and promoting these issues yet they still keep appearing from exactly the same account or a slightly different variation of the previous one.Something has to be done about this because I honestly believe, people are losing money to these scam accounts and it’s totally unacceptable.Zuckerberg needs to hang his head in shame. He is as much as a criminal as the people behind these accounts.Borderline blood money now.

Be wary of VRBO

I would advise against using VRBO. I had a bad experience in renting a property in the Dordogne this year.The property advert was misleading in describing the actual property we rented. I took issue with VRBO and in my opinion gave constructive criticism .They refused to put my comments on their feed back page, they only want positive views so in my experience I would be wary of taking at face value the feed back they choose to show on their web site.

Poor customer service

I usually love this store and I appreciate the sales and good array of clothing. Fast delivery too. However, I am really disappointed with the customer service. In recent years it has worsened so much. I ordered a set of trousers in a size small and wanted to exchange them for a medium. I also emailed them to ask if they can do this too. I put in the return note to please return the small if they no longer have the medium in stock. After five days I was told that the medium was no longer in stock and they asked if I wanted the small back like I originally said. I checked the website and I saw that the medium was not sold out even though they said it was. They had asked me if I wanted to keep this more and I said yes, and I also had said this before they even received the parcel. But instead of listening to anything, they just refunded me. I then had to buy the medium separately and pay for shipping when I wanted an exchange. Customer service completely ignored my requests and I’m really disappointed. I am glad they did refund me but that is about it. Shame.

If I could give a zero star rating I…

If I could give a zero star rating I would. Please save yourself the money & headaches and avoid this company at all costs. We paid for 3 licenses with Salesforce Maps added and access to the Premier Success Plan to “lighten the lift” as they put it.Premier Success plan was nothing but a joke (and a $1500 USD touch). Every “expert” was uneducated on the field they worked in. Never got any help, just a constant game of running around in circles with them. Told we’d have access to support whenever we needed it with this additional add-on, turns out it’s 5-7 business days to talk to someone & then every time we connected with them they were unable to answer any questions or help in any sort of way. I was offered a refund for the Premier Success Plan as they acknowledged I never received the service. When I went to take that offer I was told “no we can’t do that anymore”. Just constant games & lying with this company. As for our 3 licenses, my team’s been locked out of our accounts for 2 months. Their support said “reach out to your account representative”. I emailed 3 times, no response. On the last email, I said “just cancel my account”. Then I received a call right away from my account manager David Mourad saying “sorry, I assumed someone else was dealing with it.” Here we are 2 months later, no service, no refunds & locked into working with this terrible company.All they care about is getting you locked in to a contract & collecting their payments. Once the contracts signed, their service goes to zero. Stick to a lower cost CRM program that has better service & doesn’t lock you in to working with them even when they don’t provide the service provided.

It's so easy to get quick support

It's so easy to get quick support! I've worked with so many different softwares and Keap's support is the best I've found! In my opinion, in deciding on which software to use, one of the deciding factors should be how good the support for it is, and Keap's support is hands down the best! And the flexibility of what you can do with it is phenomenal.

Not a fan

Not a fan. I tried to sign up a couple of years ago. I got all signed up, but when I went to use my Hulu, it wouldn’t work. So I canceled it. I decided to try again now because I really want to see the Springsteen special and I went in and it offered me a trial, but they won’t give it to me because I signed up once before, even though it never worked and they kept my $9.99 back then. They will not make it right. So I went in with a new email address and I got to sign up and finally with the new email address accepted my trial, but it won’t accept my password. I’ve changed my password 11 times today 11 times. I’ve been on the phone for hours. None of them know what to do. None of them care and most of them Don’t know English. I was on with a supervisor, who could not follow the conversation at all. I’m not complaining or being discriminatory. But it has to be frustrating for them to be on the phone with English speakers when they don’t know English. it is now midnight and I’ve been on with them all afternoon up until five minutes ago and I could not get one person to assist. So now they’ll say I signed up again and I will never get anywhere. They are the worst.

Google business profile is undoubtedly a great tool every business needs and enjoy using. However, the random suspensions put our livelihoods at jeopardy because of your dominance in this market . I had an ugly experience trying to reinstate my GBP. Was given the run around for months until I finally got help from maps.product.expert g m ail c o m a private Google expert . His process took 2 weeks for profile to go live. It’s been permanent for 4 months now and I’m super happy to be fully back in business . I can continue to service my loyal clients .
