Terrible

Closed my account online and continued to charge me, for the service. Odoo promise the earth but the platform has very steep learning curve for a small independent business starting from scratch and not user friendly I would avoid.

Review of freshdesk

Great software. Horrible support.

The software is truly amazing, they have so many features that Zendesk is missing and Freshdesk is also much cheaper.Unfortunately, their support is horrible. I called their support phone number to get help with a very small issue and instead of helping me and answering my questions, the representative transferred this phone call into an email ticket so someone else could help me via email a day later.It took them about 10-14 days to solve my issue over emails. I had to talk to 3 different representatives. I really don't like their support but I still think I will be using Freshdesk because the features that the software has are incredible in my opinion.

Hands down the worst CMS ever

Hands down the worst CMS ever. Works against search engines and makes ranking incredibly difficult. The blog system is trash and incredibly difficult to keep formatting. Shopify destroys this company in every way and both are subpar all though Shopify works great for SEO.

Worst policies of Amazon for customer exploitation

Worst policies on Earth most customer friendly company AMAZON.in . If request is raised to replace product under warranty and on delivery the seller again send the replaced product with missing parts like its cable, adapter, original accessories, original box, then Amazon will not provide the missing parts or replaced full product. They will simply initiate refund on the product bought under festive deals and ask to buy new product again by paying the full MRP amount but not the deal price. Which is called Customer exploitation in simple words.

Buggy app and poor treatment of customers

I quite like the journalism but the online experience is so dodgy. 1. Swiping left used to "turn the page" but now it sometimes does, sometimes doesn't2. The graphics are all shifted to the right hand side since the last update. So you can only see the left hand side3. The chat function makes it look as if you can leave/cancel via chat. I was in a queue for 25 minutes and then the response was I would have to phone to cancel. What was the point of waiting?? They could have used the bot to say don't bother holding for customer service.4. Customer service agent took forever to find my account when I did call to cancel. They gave me another 3 months discounted rate but I won't renew again after that.So frustrating!!

Make sure you full cancel any autorenew

The service was good whilst I used although it can be very clunky to use. It is certainly not as user friendly as advertised.The biggest problem is the difficulty in cancelling subscriptions and autorenewals. I cancelled the website but not the domain and they refuse to refund me. The customer service have a cheery tone but are a stone wall. The are violating UK returns policies as far as I can tell but get round it as an international company.

Squarespace advertised 24/7 support…

Squarespace advertised 24/7 support they don't tell you that it's referring to videos and tutorials. There is no phone number, they don't return emails, when they do respond the next day it's to thank ypu for reaching out and when you reply to that email you get ignored again until tbe next day and you get another nonchalant pointless email thanking you again. There is never any resolution. Squarespace sucks hot monkey nuts. Worst mistake ever.

Good selection of games

Good selection of games. Unfortunately, no other company has managed to replicate the ecosystem / experience of using Steam which depending on the title can be much better such as when Steam Mods are available for the title.Having said that, the benefit of drm free is a big plus which may become more significant with the demise of Windows 10 support next year. Steam will at some point stop supporting Windows 10 as they have with earlier versions of Windows so having the ability to still run via the GOG release is a big benefit.

The Best, And Only *Real*, Platform, And My Home for Gaming

TLDR: GOG is a standout platform. It’s almost perfect, and with a few tweaks and additions, it could become the ultimate gaming destination for PC. Until then, it’s a solid 4 out of 5 stars from me, with a lot of love and high hopes for the future.After years of primarily using Steam as my platform of choice, I made the switch to GOG after learning about their DRM-free approach, and I haven’t looked back since. Their focus on game ownership and offline play is a breath of fresh air in an industry dominated by restrictive practices.When I discovered GOG Galaxy 2.0, I was excited about the idea of a universal launcher for all my games from different libraries. It was a great concept, and I jumped in with both feet. However, over time, I found it lacking in some areas and reluctantly moved to Playnite, which offered the customizability, flexibility, and features I needed. Galaxy is a solid start, but it needs more efficient game management and organizational tools to really shine. It could also benefit from the robustness and sleekness that the Steam client has today.The GOG store itself is quite good and user-friendly, though it could benefit from a bit more polish. Community features, especially something akin to Steam's Workshop, would be a great addition, particularly for mod-heavy titles. Despite this, GOG’s DRM-free approach is what truly makes the platform feel like home. I still (and reluctantly, too) resort to buying games on Steam, but only when I can't find them on GOG due, sadly, to the former's much larger catalog.Despite these areas for improvement, GOG's strengths are undeniable. Their generous month-long refund policy and excellent customer support are standout features. The variety of games, from the latest releases to nostalgic classics, is fantastic. Plus, the peace of mind that comes with knowing my purchases are truly mine, free of DRM, is the real game-changer.
