Review of godaddy
I purchased domain name and hosting from them. I had a lot of technical difficulties, and the customer care was always giving excuses, random reasons and different answers for the same error. I regret booking domain name with them. I swallow lot of words, you know what I mean right. Will never recommend godaddy to anyone.

Don't let them steal your money!!Awful service. I sent a single campaign from a purchased list after registering. Having committed to the platform and purchased a year I then had to purchase a an upgrade for the number of subscribers. They immediately suspended the account because of a high number of unsubscribes. They provided no explanation. A couple of weeks later they announced they would close the account. Over a month later they emailed to say they were in fact stealing my money and would not refund the several hundred pounds!Addition: Following this review they did begrudgingly agree a pro rata refund. This got most of the money back, but retains a months worth of my money, which saw no valid use.For details - I was using a purchased list following a competition I ran in a national newspaper. 3,000 entrants of which 2,000 gave permission to contact and that's what made up the list.

I was trying to get automated in my gr account and because of the level of my account, she was able to give me a couple of options and make it to where I can accomplish what I was wanting to accomplish with what my account offers in the segmentation area. Thank you Monika, after our session together, I think much more highly of GetResponse.

Prompt response to our queries regarding an issue with the API call. We were unable to figure out how to pass payload to the API but the support team helped us until we were successfully able to make that API call. Documentation could be improved and code samples should be provided for all major languages like java, python, php, node.js etc.The support services can be improved to schedule conference or support calls in which the subscriber can discuss vocally with a support person and solve issues faster.

Another 1 star review, because they failed to understand and properly assist, again. After they replied to my former review, I reached out again. There was some back and forth - but they refuse to understand that I already followed their "instructions": They keep repeating I should've reached out to my other provider to solve the issues (which I did, multiple times, but didn't solve the issue). I switched to YMLP. No issues. Everything worked instantly. I'm deeply annoyed with Brevo and their failure to understand the matter after months (!) of communication.

I booked hotel from Booking.com they before one day cancel .Is okay I understand but after I booked sessions sumer room they not cancel to till I stay 4 hr front dooor nobody answered nobody picked phone in the end we slept in the car 😐😐😕 I really not recommend Booking.com they not can trust is very dangerous, especially in a foreign country

I never realised that I had clicked the auto subscription button and they took full payment out my account .. they do have a no refund policy but after emailing we came to an arrangement and we met in the middle and they refunded half … and stillLet me use the software ( I don’t use it as business is quiet ) but there is not many companies left that would even meet you half way so I am very grateful .

Just a shame!If I had known, I would have taken a Semrush subscription.ahref (99$) : 500 queries per MONTHsemrush (119$) : 3.000 queries per DAY, that is 90.000 queries per MONTHI think there is no need to hesitate !

Bought a product from Philips I had reason to return it within 14days. I received an email informing me when they receive the item I would receive a further email then my refund within 10 working days. When I did not receive the email I checked with the carrier and found it had be delivered to there warehouse on the 4th Aug. I contacted customer service and was told the refund had been approved and I would receive it on the 18th Aug. An email confirming that was sent still no refund, phoned again on 19th Aug.I was told someone would phone me back. I then received a further email saying “ good news my refund would be with me in 2-4 weeks”when I phoned again and asked to speak to a manager I was told I would receive a call in 2 working days time.Update I was promised a call from complaints manager within 2 working days on the 3rd working day still no call so called Philips again. I later received a call from complaints manager, who informed me I SHOULD receive the refund of £297:00 that should have been refunded on the 18th of Aug on the 2nd September ( another 7 working days ). This is the manager who had the complaint escalated to that gave the impression she didn’t really care that I had been let down so badly. If that is the attitude of the manager in charge of complaints it is no surprise customer service is so bad. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Review of nest
We've had a Nest 3rd generation thermostat for 12 months now. In this time, the thermostat's wifi chip fried so they sent a replacement. Now the Heatlink broke leaving us without heating when it's 7C outside. It will take a couple days for the replacement to arrive. Not to mention the hassle of having to bring in an installer to replace the Heatlink which you can't replace on your own like the thermostat. I wish I'd read the reviews here before buying the product. If anything breaks again after our warranty expires in a few months we'll just throw it away at get something else!

1 star as zero isn’t an option. If you’ve got money to burn, burn it instead of backing the idiotic platform that is Kickstarter. At least you’d get a bit of heat from the fire, and however little it is, would be more use than these incompetent crook enablers
