If you ever have to do a product return or replacement good luck with that. Ive been dealing with them for over 3 months trying to get this refund paid which they approved. Still waiting on that. They don’t respond in a timely manner ever. I will never buy their product again.

Just bought a new Phillips TV yesterday. And “only” took me TWO hours to get it setup. But, in all fairness I’m old and technologically challenged. But there was just one thing I couldn’t figure out. On my last TV, a Samsung, there was an “info” button, which when pressed would tell what program will be coming on next. Couldn’t find such a feature on this TV, after carefully reading the owners manual, (WITH A MAGNIFYING GLASS!), and reading on line. So called Phillips customer support number. After going through all the automated attendant options, the first “lady” disconnected me. (Hung up on me?) Went through the automated attendant again. A man whom I could hardly understand, said I needed to do all the things I’d already done! Told him I’d already done those things. He then told me, the TV may need a while to load all the channels I’d selected. I told him they were loaded over a day ago. He then said, that maybe the channels I have don’t support that function. I told him that they do, because they did on my Samsung that just died! I finally got so frustrated with these clowns that I thanked him, said good bye and hung up. This is the LAST Phillips TV that I will EVER buy!

As many have already reported, I also had a terrible experience with the Domestika Plus automatic billing. I've bought 3 courses and was billed $200 for Domestika Plus, without communication of its activation. This is a terrible practice, misleading customer to get their money. Terrible customer service, terrible experience. They make it as hard as possible to reach someone and only offer standard answers.

Biased. Seems to mock people. Already have their minds made up about topics instead of stating facts. Don't seem to really care about people and where events are headed or democracy. Probably too influenced by a WH that compromises peoples' fate for the worse for financial gain of hollywood et al & their yachts. Worst platform for crypto last night, my account was hacked, and someone converted my link coins to trump coins and then transferred them to some Solana-based wallet. When I contacted them about how my account access works when I have two-factor active, I did not receive any SMS from Coinbase, while someone, or I believe it is a Coinbase, that did this, because why buy a trump coin, why not just withdraw all the money this is really pathetic service and security from there side I have accounts on binance and OKX both are working fine both have security this shit platform made me lose 1500$

NEVER use this garbage website. I rented a book and there was MULTIPLE instances where the book would not show up in my purchases and it said to "try again later". How am I supposed to try again later when my midterm paper is coming up? Should I tell my professor, 'sorry couldn't write it the textbook rental told me to try again later?' THIS HAPPENED DURING AN EXAM TOO!! THIS SITE SUCKS DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I am very disappointed with how Crypto is resolving my issue. I opened an account via the app. I followed the steps except that I used my driver's license to verify that I am who I said I am. My driver's license abbreviated my 2 first names as initials and I put my full name in the application. Verification failed and that is where I ended. For almost 2 weeks all I got from the computerized customer service is I apologize and we are working on the issue. I find disappointing that the IT dept is not able to resolve the issue unless they did not think of my scenario will ever happen. If there was a human customer service then this issue would be resolved sooner when it happened. I am very disappointed with Cryto.After waiting 2 weeks of response from Crypto, I finally received an email to resubmit my ID. Three days ago I sent the ID and that is where it ended. Three days and they are still verifying it. It appears that this will continue for weeks since Crypto is not good at resolving issues.I will not recommend Crypto at all.Very disappointing that I wasted my time on this

Bought ASUS ZenBook from seller on Amazon. Was faulty after a month and seller told me to contact manufacturer as was past a month. I registered warranty and was sent to ASUS and repaired free of charge. Same issue months later and this time ASUS charged me £200+ for repair. Was back and forth trying to dispute as I was within my warranty period but had to give in as I had started Uni and was falling behind. I paid for repair and it took 3 months to be sent back. Sent back again and another month to repair. During this time I have had to buy another laptop and so all in I'm out £1000 because of ASUS. There customer service is the worst I've experienced from any company. Avoid this manufacturer and avoid buying from sellers on Amazon.
