Nice service. Charging after trial no matter what

Charged me even if I deleted my subscription after trial, but they refunded me immediately. They should be more careful about it.The service is amazing, by the way. But I didn't buy because I didn't need to use it.

good site for those who have unnecessary money

The site is bad for those who have a free account. Because:1. The quality of the iconsis poor.2. SVG images cannot be downloaded

Good icons, customer service needs work.

Update: I've been issued a refund but it literally took me having to post on review sites for them to notice me. There must be something wrong with their messaging system as well as their subscription system. If I didn't have to go through this headache, I would really recommend icons8, but with this experience in mind, I can only give them a 3/5.Icons8 has been stealing from me for months. I have cancelled and deleted my account mid-pandemic and yet I get charged every month. I have tried to contact them via email, live chat and their own community board for all this time but they have stonewalled me. Someone please help.

Website crashes all the time

I love all the resources on the website but the site is so slow and crashes all the time! I have to close it and open it several times to get the content I need, I also have to clear cache and/or close the browser.
