Incidentally, they have no power to force you to pay for it, just make sure you never let them in to your house and send all letters back unopened "return to sender".

I wouldn’t buy a phone at AT&T: if if you pay in full , and you ask for an unlock phone, the sim is still locked (which they don’t tell you) and when you ask to unlock it because you want to change carrier, they will say it’s impossible, no matter how many years you have been with them. In the shop they said they are not going to help you unlocking the phone because you are not coming back. Horrible experience unfortunately

Excellent customer service at Westfield!Went to the Lego store in Westfield (London Shepherds Bush). Friendly staff, with a very pleasant manner. Excellent customer service skills - interested in my purchase and nothing was to much trouble. Excellent Heath and safety measures. Plus a free gift!! Will be going back there again.

CMS has consistently failed to understand my situation as a RP mother who got no maintenance for 14 years to now NRP who is being squeezed financially so there is nothing left to live on while the CMS profits directly. This should not be a profit making organisation who supports parental alienation for financial gain - this is not in the best interest of the child. Whole system needs an overhaul before yet another parent ends their life thru the system being played.

I purchased 2 packages of templates from 2 sellers. 1 worked and 1 did not. The site is unable to resolve the situation so you are at the mercy of when the seller would like to respond. So far, I have not heard back nor received a refund. Still dealing with it

We faced a crisis and had missed our flight and booked with Agoda last minute and accidentally booked for three people when we are only two. We tried to cancel the booking minutes after we booked it but Agoda denied our request. We tried to amend the booking to only two people but again they denied our request. This is completely unacceptable and they are clearly trying to take advantage of us in a bad situation. They have no reason to deny our request as we tried to cancel minutes after making it. I have been forced to escalate the situation with my bank. Do not trust Agoda as they will NOT accommodate your needs and they will take advantage of you in a bad situation. Update: I've been issued a refund but it literally took me having to post on review sites for them to notice me. There must be something wrong with their messaging system as well as their subscription system. If I didn't have to go through this headache, I would really recommend icons8, but with this experience in mind, I can only give them a 3/5.Icons8 has been stealing from me for months. I have cancelled and deleted my account mid-pandemic and yet I get charged every month. I have tried to contact them via email, live chat and their own community board for all this time but they have stonewalled me. Someone please help.
