Frustrating Experience with Instagram and Facebook Support

Since immigrating, I’ve lost access to both my Instagram and Facebook accounts, and the help support pages have been utterly useless in resolving the issue. It’s incredibly frustrating that I’ve been able to regain access to all of my banking apps with relative ease, yet getting back into my social media accounts has been a nightmare.

I would have given a zero review if I…

I would have given a zero review if I could have. I just tried to get copies of my bills with att from July of 2018 through July of 2021 for personal/ legal reasons. ATT is telling me I have to pay for an attorney to write a letter requesting the documents. I'm the one that paid the bills and they're denying me. They first told me it was going to cost $5 per month to send me the bills and I happily said that was fine. Then they said they couldn't do it unless I had an attorney write a letter requesting them. I have been with ATT for over 20 years and obviously that means nothing to them.

Review of kickstarter

Not without risk, but OK for me so far

I have backed four projects on Kickstarter. Three of them delivered reasonably within target (within a month or so of their target dates), the other one took more than two years. I was sure it was a scam, but they kept updates coming (every couple of months) and then shipped the product out. So I have received 4 out of 4. but the truth is, any project may fail to deliver.

This government are absolutely useless

This government are absolutely useless. Why is it that fathers who are estranged from their partners do nothing but complain about supporting their children yet expect the taxpayer to do so. Then when the mothers are given the maintenance they still get full benefits as well. I have worked hard, served my country even got commended for bravery, so why do I have to wait until 67 to retire. Something wrong surely?

Espn plus is terrible for nhl fans

Espn plus is terrible for nhl fans. It has a lot of different sports that are covered. The problem is, it doesn’t do any of them well. Now add the NHL to that. As a bruins fan and out of market, I have been able to watch half of the games. NHL app, watched all of them. To those out there who say its great and they are saving lots of money, i say you’re saving money because you’re getting less content. I want a package that I can watch all the games, which is safe to assume, is what most die hard fans want. The app for apple tv sucks too. Entirely to much clutter, and zero customization. This purchase by disney was not a win for nhl fans. I will never subscribe to all of the cable,satellite,and streaming channels that are now necessary to watch hockey. I hope the people at the NHL are looking at the mess that was created and not just counting the money. Fans need to vote with their wallets, to stop this nonsense from going further.

ESPN has us right where they want us with their “plus”. They must have given their crap equipment to the “plus”. We have NEVER watched a game with constant buffering or completely being kicked out of the game. This is the most worthless coverage EVER!!! DO NOT PAY FOE THIS. NOT WORTH IT!!!

I had an extremely frustrating…

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Agoda that I feel compelled to share as a warning to others.I booked a room at Daiwa Roynet Hotel for a business trip, but due to a change in plans, I needed to cancel the reservation. The hotel verbally confirmed they would waive the cancellation fee and even submitted the request to Agoda. However, Agoda’s handling of the situation was nothing short of chaotic and unprofessional.Key Issues: 1. System Errors: Agoda incorrectly set my nationality as Japanese, causing all communications to be sent in Japanese. As an international customer, this made it impossible to respond within their short deadlines, despite multiple requests to switch to English. 2. Lack of Transparency: Agoda claimed a third-party partner was involved and preventing the refund, but they refused to disclose any details about this partner, leaving me in the dark. 3. Inconsistent Support: Agoda’s customer service provided conflicting responses at every step—one agent said a refund was possible, another offered Agoda Cash as compensation, and a third outright denied my request. This lack of clarity only added to the delays and frustration. 4. Complaint Process: It was nearly impossible to file a formal complaint or escalate the matter. Conversations were sometimes deleted, and agents seemed to pass the responsibility without providing solutions.Outcome:Despite full cooperation from the hotel and clear evidence of their willingness to issue a refund, Agoda refused to process it. Their reliance on undisclosed third-party partners and inability to communicate effectively with customers left me with no resolution and a significant financial loss.I would not recommend Agoda to anyone, especially for complex bookings or situations requiring flexibility. Their lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to resolve even straightforward issues make them a risky choice. If you’re considering booking through Agoda, proceed with caution and ensure you have a backup plan.I hope this review helps others avoid the stress and inconvenience I experienced.

I have been waiting since 7 to get my car towed i told me 47 minutes then they said 17 minutes then 5 then they said it was delayed this is the second this has happened to me i had to wait until 1 am just for them to still not show up AAA is the worst towing service ever

Not safe.

I bought an audio interface and it arrived in an open box. They acknowledge the box was opened but required me to connect the interface to my pc to check the state of the equipment ignoring how unsafe it is to open and connect something that may have been in someone's hands. Don't order from here. It's not safe. The costumer support seems like an A.I conversation so don't expect any help from them in case of any type of issues.

Ditto to all that I’ve just read. Luckily read the mail on time to cancel my PayPal payments - would otherwise have had £269 debited from my account next month! Nowhere online to cancel my subscription. Will see if I can get through to cancel by telephone but they won’t be getting the money from me either way.

Account compromised even with taking all security measures. Now said security measures and the unavailability of support from ps are keeping me out my account. Can't talk to anyone but a bot who gives like 3 options to choose from and they all do nothing productive so when youre done wasting time with that u will be kicked and banned from receiving help for awhile. Good luck on the phone if u work you will never have the time and you better hope the ps app or whatever you're using doesn't prevent you from sending messages if u ever can get in contact with an agent.

Very disappointed with your policy

Very disappointed with your policy. I purchased a score on May 21st for 2 euros and now find myself paying for a subscription that I did not agree to. Despite the partial refund, I feel I was deceived. I was a Musescore customer in the past but I will no longer be, and I will no longer recommend Musescore to my students.

Dropbox handles small files ok like…

Dropbox handles small files ok like jpegs, etc. but cannot handle large video files. A progress bar slowly moves until 100% but 7 times out of 10 doesn't complete the upload. Google Drive handles the large files much better.
