G2 is doing great to collect user responses and experience that helps both, the software company and other users to analyse the software according to their use case. I saved many hours by finding software that best fits my use case by reading through the reviews.

DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERSSSSS PLEASE DONT BUY!!!!I bought fifa 23 from here like 6 months ago and 2 months after buying it I had a bug where I could not launch the game, so I was not able to play till today wen I contacted them 7 times and their stupid support agents did not help me at all and just left the chat every time I told them about the problem. I had to sit 1 HOUR WITH EACH ONE OF TYHEM JUST FOR THEM TO NOT HELP ME!They just read to me their troubleshooting steps and once they saw they did not work the SIMPLY LEFT ME! And also they did not want to give me a refund because I CANNOT PLAY THE GAME I PAID FOR!!! A day after I did a simple youtube research that their dumb support could of done and fixed the problem. NOT 2 DAYS AFTER THAT I HAD ANOTHER PROBLEM!!!! This game sucks!!!!!!! Now when I open the game it opens and then automatically crashes a second after it opens. PLEASE EVERYONE SEE THIS AND KNOW NOT TO BUY FROM THEM NEVER EVER!!!!!

When it comes to cell phone plans. They will con you into getting deals and never hold up their end of the deal. So that lovely savings you thought you will get, non-existent!!! Also after our contract was up, We bounced to another carrier. Not only they shafted us with prorating us, they charged an additional month after we canceled our plans. So we paid for another month with non-existent service. The representative didn't even attempt to make it right. Denied us from speaking to a manager. Denied our refund. This is Straight Up Theft And Fraud!!!!

Entered a draft, I won the draft Yeezy 350 v2 size 8.5 they sent me a 8. Won’t fix it, I ordered another pair of Yeezy 350 v2 white and they sent me a beige pair won’t fix it, adidas worst company and the customer service is horrible, people need to boycot adidas stick with Nike cause they do not provide any of type of customer service I spent $500 in same week on 2 orders and they messed it up and blame me for it. Then agents have audacity to hang up on me when I notify them.

Otto has very clever accounting tricks to cheat you out of your money. They also do not respond to emails and when you call they pretend that the email never arrived. I was a very happy customer at Otto until I started noticing their tricks. I will never order from them again. Terrible company probably on the way out because that is not a way to treat customers especially with the high competition like today.

I have two limited companies which are dormant. They do not and have never traded. I have just received two letters with the name of each company and it's Companies House number.ICO have just sent me a very strongly worded letter warning me that I could be fined up to £4000 for not complying etc et al.If they checked with Companies House, they would save postage paper and efforts.ICO please note: Dormant companies do not trade, thus do not have customers, thus no personal details whatsoever are kept. You should be aware of this.

CNN is not worth a 1 star rating, they are in a minus status for me and my family. Awful reports, They do not report the truth, they report News how they want it reported. They report government news as untrue and incomplete. They should be sued for not telling the truth!

Was promised a refund by hotel and Agoda, had to wait over a hour for anyone at customer service was told I would get a refund which would take 30 days minimum and 30 days later no refund, called and they did not actually refund the money and said now another 30 days minimum and recommended disputing with my card because they don't actually do what they say. Complete nightmare.

I’ve reached out twice for a homeowners insurance quote. The first time I received an email from Rene Sanchez asking for details. I responded within 24 hours and received no response. That was July 29th. I then called and spoke to a representative on August 6th. The rep took my info and said his system was down. He said he would call right back. As of today no one has called or given me a quote. I am an existing customer and was hoping to expand service. This is very unprofessional.
