DISGUSTED. Have used them for many years. Navigating their sites has never been easy, but in the past have always found their telephone agents most helpful.I wanted to delete just domain protection as it’s very expensive. I accidentally also deleted the domain name. Just telephoned them. Agent was not as helpful as I have found others to be. The domain renewal was only £12.99 but on top of that he was asking for a further 30$. DISGUSTING.Will now be withdrawing all my products as they expire with this company.UPDATEI called back the following day to see if they wanted an opportunity to correct my awful experience. The man who answered was more the sort of experience I have been use to for all the years to-date. He explained much better than the man the previous night did. Pleased to say all was sorted and I saved my web domain from accidental deletion.

I've been a Deezer client for the last few years, as a personal effort to keep Spotify from monopolizing everything. A phone company offered me a Deezer plan as a bonus, if I switched. I did, as I would be spending the same and getting the Deezer service that I love. As soon as I signed a 12-month contract, I went to turn on my Deezer, and add started playing before every time I try to hear music. Apparently Deezer made of partnership with TIM (mobile operator in Brazil) and created a Deezer Plan called Deezer Now, which has ads, and it's basically a different name for the Deezer Lite (free plan). This is obviously an attempt for Deezer to get more users, while TIM bulking up their bonuses to attract idiots like me.

There is an irony in being scammed by the very company that is supposed to protect you from scammers. If I could give McAfee zero stars I would. I have an active 2 year subscription but have been bombarded with constant renewal emails and alarming warnings that my laptop was at risk. So much so that I wrongly assumed my subscription has expired and clicked to renew to then find another payment was taken the following month. It was only then that I checked with the bank to find I’d been charged 3 times for the same subscription - £239.97 in total! I’ve been trying to get a refund for over a month now. Customer service have tried to frustrate at every step then this evening I received an email to say they’ve closed the case and no refund! I don’t know why I didn’t just raise a dispute with my bank a month ago as they can see the charges but it will be the first thing I do tomorrow. Unless you want to be bombarded by renewal emails that tell you you’re not covered when you are - avoid like the plague. I’ll be switching to Norton ASAPUpdate; I did eventually get a call back after six weeks of chasing but only after I contacted my bank to raise a dispute. As the bank refunded me I was offered a month free with a value of £3.33 for the inconvenience which increased to three months. They then came back with a 40% refund which was acceptable. Overalll not a great experience. It really shouldn’t have taken 6 weeks, countless calls and emails and me contacting my bank to sort this out and get my money back.not covered

Target has Horrible customer service ! On 11/28/2024 I chatted with Sanford as I couldn't sign-in to my Target account. After a LONG chat he said check back in 72 hours and "our internal team will check it out". He promised to email me. 72 hours later NOTHING ! Then on 12/3/2024 I chat with Rosie. After another LONG chat she tells me to check back in 30 minuted and I then can sign in (even though she had read and I also typed my visit with Sanford). Of course I try again one hour later and NOTHING ! So today 12/4/2024 I now chat with Rose. She tells me there is nothing she can do and I need to call 800-591-3869 and abruptly ended the chat although I was typing at the time ! HORRIBLE service and why in the world would Sanford and Rosie lie to me that they could help me ? PITIFUL !!!!!

Great Phone: Poor ServiceWhile Samsung makes great phone I feel there are parts of customer service, I need to share should you find yourself with a return, that was lost by carrier and after several attempts to get a refund from Samsung you find yourself having to dispute the charge with your bank. This is how Samsung handles any rewards points lost and their limitations in issuing a refund once they log your return within a certain category. ( They logged but cannot reverse) This allows them to state hands "tied." Samsung have also filed a claim with carrier to get refund for the phone, while I have had to resort to disputing the charge, just make sure I don't have a cost to me. "Greetings from Samsung! This email is in response to the refund for Order #US Thank you for writing back to us, upon checking the details we see that we have requested a refund which got failed as the dispute is filed and we have no more option to request a refund for you as we hope that your bank has already refunded you the amount. However, the initial issue was related to the reward points. As this order is marked as returned but not refunded. We tried to mark this order as refunded so that we can revert back the reward points but as you already know the refund is being failed so we do not have an option to revert back your reward points. The worst customer service ever! After buying a washing machine via their website, it arrived damaged. The delivery guy took the old machine we had before refusing taking back again the damaged one that he brought. After I called and called 100 of times in their service they finally took the damaged machine, but they were not able to replace with an appropriate one. 2 weeks without washing our clothes, spent working days to stay home to wait the deliveries, service rude without respect. It is a shame this brand to hire people like that! They damage the brand reputation. Finally they offered us a ridiculous gift card for the struggles we had for the issue, but they never sent that gift card! I have replied many times that email, but never received a feedback. Shame on You Samsung Electronics and the incompetent staff you hire that drop the phone conversation to the client without clarifying. Do not make the mistake people to buy in this website. Try to go to resellers.
